It's a battery
It's an OEM battery and it works. Not much else to say. Wish it was cheaper, but it's priced accurately

Not as long as I wanted but....
This is a great battery! That's the advantage of being created by the manufacture of the camera. With that being said, my mark down is for battery life. When filming 360@8k 30fps, the battery is good for about 1h 15 minutes. I would have preferred it was much closer to 2 hours for vehicle trips. It is a great battery and is consistent providing me that time.

You always need backup
You always need an extra battery. Nothing worse than being out and about especially on a big vacation and the camera battery dies and there is no place or time to recharge to capture the moment.

I use my Insta for motorcycle riding and my battery wasn't lasting the whole ride and I partially record for safety purposes (proof of any incidents) and this allows me to continue recording for the full duration of my trip.
