Worst product and poor customer support
Stopped working in 6 weeks and very poor support. Customer support is horrible and stopped responding to concerns. We ended up loosing our business trusting this seller and product

Makes amazing waffles!
It is very easy to use! The clean up is super easy as well. It is bulky for everyday use but itโs perfect for parties. Very good quality- built to last.

Not reliable and getting burned
Waffles are getting burnt and not consistent. If you set the temperature too low, waffles are becoming too squeezy , soft and getting into pieces. If you set the temperature to high, they are getting burnt and generating too much smoke and feeling dangerous. The support is horrible and do not care about complaints or respond.

Makes a decent sized waffle quickly and beatifully
If you really like waffles but can't get them to be crispy like at the hotels this thing will get the job done for you. The waffles maker is perfect and I love how this waffle is shaped like a tree. it definitely makes delicious crispy waffles.
