I absolutely expected 2 junk pairs of compression socks but these are just outstanding socks that did not cost me $$$$. I am a type 1 diabetic with two amputated toes already. I spend 10 hours on my feet and walk a few miles at work every shift. With the neuropathy I have, I need a good pair of shoes and good compression socks. So far, these are excellent. Sizing... I wear a 12 men's shoe with a smaller calf with a 29 inch inseam. I ordered the small and they fit perfectly, coming up to just under my knee. A medium would not have fit or provide any compression. The small is only providing mild compression but that is how I hoped they would fit. If you have wide calves, the small will be extremely tight. Fit... great fit and they are thicker material. The targeted compression areas give these an added plus. Overall, these are 5 stars. If they do not hold up to washing or stretch out, i will write an updated review.

The best compression socks I have come across in a long time I use 20 to 30 MM and these socks are not difficult to put on. They offer me a lot of support. They have not fallen apart. I do hand wash them. I am planning to buy more in other colors. I have severe arthritis and circulatory problems in my legs and again these are the most comfortable as well as the most supportive socks I have purchased on Amazon..

Overall okay, very hard to get on and then don't feel the most compressive. Not the best, not the worst. Great in a pinch.

Bought it for a 20 hour flight and layover, and it was amazing. My legs and feet were not tired or numb at all like they usually are. I know you're not supposed to wear them for longer than 8 hours, but it drastically reduced fatigue.
