Quality is good and since it's undated you can list for the anytime and can use all the pages without wasting.

It's neat, compact, I only wish it had some blank pages for taking notes or jot down ideas. Pages are thin, they bleed if you use marker pens. You can use it to make to-do lists. Overall not bad.

It helps a lot to people going through anxiety/ depression or to people who forget things easily, very good and affordable product to keep track of yourself. Paper quality could be a lil better , otherwise it's good
