I really like this ceiling fan/light fixture. It has a sleek modern appearance, is super quiet, and the large LED light panel is adjustable from dim to very bright. It took me roughly an hour to install and the installation was quite easy. Dreo provides a QR code that takes you to an installation video. Keep in mind that you must have a ceiling electrical box that is securely fastened to wood. If you are not sure about that then you should have an electrician do the installation for you. The included wireless remote control works flawlessly. It allows you to adjust the fan to one of six speeds (or turn it off), reverse the direction of the fan, adjust the light brightness to one of six levels, adjust the color of the light (from 2700 degrees K - warm to 5000 degrees K - cool), and set the fan to turn off after 1 or 4 or 8 hours. There's also a button on the remote that lets you mute the beeps that sound when making adjustments. In my 15 x 15 home office a fan speed of 3 (out of 6 speeds) gives me a nice gentle breeze and is nearly noiseless. It's less than a whisper. The construction is solid too. This is a quality fan/light and a very good value. I highly recommend it.

I've been a do-it-yourselfer for a while. Take that into account if you continue reading. I looked a lot of places on the internet before I ordered this Dreo fan and light kit from Amazon. I wanted it because it looked like it would be appropriate in a smaller room -- and it _is_ appropriate. I also liked the rich darker wood color of the fan blades, which match built-in shelves in this room. The room already had a small ceiling light fixture that had been professionally installed when the house was built. That meant the room was wired and ready for ceiling fan. I just had to cut power to the room and remove the existing light fixture for everything to be ready for installing the fan. THAT'S THE SINGLE BIGGEST THING TO CONSIDER, IMHO. If the room hadn't already been wired and ready, the project would have been way bigger, maybe too big for this do-it-yourselfer. Installing this fan/light was a breeze. The way the item is designed really considers ease for the end-user. (Of course, if it's your first time doing this, the learning curve will seem steeper.) Nothing is hard to reach or awkward, and the result is handsome. And everything works as expected via the remote control. The lumen levels are easy to control, with the highest level satisfyingly bright. The light color is easy to control. The fan speeds are easy to control. The fan direction (clockwise/counterclockwise) is easy to control. There's a timer with three settings. When you turn off power it remembers its last settings. So when you toggle the wall switch on later, it continues in whatever mode you were last using. It also beeps first to let you know it's booting. If you don't want the beep, just leave the switch on and turn off the light and fan using the remote. Personally, I can't think of anything that's missing here. It's the whole nine yards, and it's handsome. Five stars.

Very satisfied with this ceiling fan. It is very, very quiet, has multiple fan speeds, remote control, and the light is great having many modes and brightness levels. The installation instructions are extremely helpful and it is straight forward to hook up. Great quality and looks modern, I recommend.

Fan is really quiet especially if you’re coming from a tower fan like a lasko. There’s more sound from the air movement than the motor. 30 minute setup isn’t an exaggeration. Took 45 minutes just being slow and methodical. There’s plenty of air movement even on a lower/lowest setting. I’m really happy with it. Height from the ceiling is great! It’s the lower of the low profile fans I’ve tried (hunter dempsey 44 was 12.25 from ceiling) Overall it’s a 4.5 star but actually closer to a 3.5 for the below reasons The light is the issue. Even if you match the temp (2700k to 2700k). Like all flat LED lights they cast light down and not out like a regular bulb does. Color temps are nice but being it’s a flat down light it’s brighter than you want down but darker outside the cone whereas a bulb, even 1 would cast the light out. I’ll get used to it but dang. Quit with these overly bright, bad lighting direction lights lol. They try to light everything up like a Walmart and I’m in a home. Let me have a warm light that is layered not operating room cone of brightness I don’t know how people like having no switch on a wall lol. But if you have 2 switches on a wall for a previous fan 1 being fan other light you can bypass the light and use the switch to control the light on and off when walking into room. Shane Whatley on YouTube has a video on DC fans titled making your ceiling fan smart going over this and another on using an Aqara t2 relay for smart switches. I have a single switch so these wouldn’t work and I don’t want a smart fan. So if you search Dreo DR-HCF003 remote on here (Amazon) you’ll find a near identical remote that you can pair and stick next to the wall switch so one remote you can lose in a couch or behind a bed and another to control lights in and out a room

Installed about two weeks ago. Never installed a fan but these were really straightforward and easy. Look clean, minimal sound, and awesome lighting options.

Pretty easy to install, quiet and works great. Perfect size for medium sized bedroom. The remote is a great option to make adjustments.

Purchased for my daughter's new home and looks great. Easy to install. No need to pay electrician if you know the basics. It works and installation instructions were good for me. Purchased the second one for another room.

Very Silent so perfect for bedroom, quality good, easily installed, sits nice and snug to ceiling. With Remote Control, the color of the light can be changed from warm all the way through cold white. Dimming function also. Daylight setting gives off a pleasant cheerful light color. Definitely worth a 5 star rating

Muy buen producto. Fácil instalación. Queda perfecto en cualquier ambiente, tanto moderno como clásico. Porque además de que el aire yo quería que fuera estético y este la complicó los objetivos. Lo volvería a comprar sin duda.

Pour le moment, vraiment pas déçu, très très silencieux (sauf forcément à vitesse max mais ça reste très léger je trouve). Lumière puissante et installation très facile et facilitée même pour une personne seule. SAUF sauf... Les pales, un enfer sur terre. Vous aurez peut-être de la chance et vous pourrez trouver du premier coup les 3 trous pour les vis, mais s'il y a un léger décalage où un alésage un peu aléatoire comme c'était mon cas, il est possible de passer 40 min sur une seule vis, j'en ai encore mal au bras... Mais ça passe avec calme et méthode ! Je l'ai choisi car il est léger et j'avais peur d'arracher la moitié de mon plafond un peu fragile avec le dernier que j'avais pris (et que j'ai rendu à cause du poids). Celui là est léger , ne prends pas de place en hauteur (j'ai un plafond très bas), la lumière est puissante et réglable et il redistribue très bien l'air chaud de mon poêle à pellets. Si ce n'est cette pale de l'enfer (et 2 autres mais c'était jouable), je recommande vivement !
