I’ve struggled for a long time to find a pillow for my neck pain. I found out about this through a friend who is an athlete (6”5’-270lbs) and a side sleeper who sleeps with his arm under his head. These tunnels are a miracle, pillow does not bend at all. There are 3 angles you can put your arm. What people don’t understand is that you can adjust firmness and height of the pillow by taking the filling out or putting it in. When pillow arrives it is set on “default” firmness. If you prefer one side to be firmer than the other, take filling out from one side and put it in the other one. Pillow comes with instructions, I recommend either microfiber filling or memory foam, I have both! It is worth every penny, give it a shot, follow instructions, you wont regret it. Customer service is very helpful, professional, and friendly. They explained all of this to me when I got my first one. I wouldnt change it for any other now!!! 10/10

So I have back and shoulder issues. I have been stacking pillows for years to get the right combination of head elevation with my arm and side sleeping while trying to snuggle my wife. I FINALLY FOUND IT. just the right amount of squish with support and cool so my head doesn't sweat. Arm doesn't go numb. And just enough body curve so my wife can be the little spoon.Better than the MedCline. Better than the 4 other pillow combination. The pillow is ok. I have spondylosis in my neck. I keep buying expensive pillows that say they help this and I have yet ti find one that really lets me sleep well. The stuffing seems to move to the top of the pillow so than you sleep on an angle. I fluff it every night.

I wanted to love this pillow due to neck, shoulder, back issues. I've tried so many pillows through the years.This pillow is nicely made and they even give you a bag of extra filling. It would help if the middle channel to support the head and neck didn't shift the filling, and even better had an 'S' shape to support neck but also allow the head to settled a bit deeper. In my case, I loved the arm channels, as a year ago I woke up with "frozen shoulder", (diagnosis: positional tendonitis), and my arm and fingers often tingle and go numb or ache. However, having the filling full pushed my neck and head up too much, less filling didn't support my neck although over all my head was still in an upward angle. After about a week my upper back and lumber area started acting up from the bad positioning. I tend to be a side sleeper, but even trying different positions didn't help, and actually made it worse.In process of returning it. Seems it's a great pillow for some. Wish I had been one of them.

I was waking up with my limbs falling asleep almost every night before I got this pillow. I'm a habitual side or stomach sleeper, and this pillow is the comfiest pillow I have ever used. It has multiple spots to put your arms, and you can adjust the stuffing. It's a little pricey, and the pillowcases are too. It comes with just a normal cover, so make sure you grab a pillowcase. I would still buy it again at the price though, my sleep has been much better.

I’m a side sleeper and suffering with neck and shoulder pain. Having a high hope that this pillow will help me out. When the package arrived I did following the instructions. I waited for 3 day to let the pillow back in shape before using it. After 3 nights of sleeping with this pillow, it didn’t help at all. You don’t have to spend 200$ for the same thing to $50 pillows. I would like to return it so bad but I don’t know how. Cause I already used it for 3 days. Bad decision ever.

I was excited when the pillow arrived only to find a sticker on the box saying "part of this item is backordered". no mention of an ETA on the other part, very disappointing that this is not mentioned on this product page, I would have ordered something different. It looks very comfortable and the packaging is nice but so far that's all I can say about it.

I am a side sleeper and no matter how hard I try not to sleep with my arms under my pillow, it happens every night. When I sleep on my left side, my left arm is under my pillow. This causes pain and I wake to switch to sleep on my right side with my right arm under my pillow. This happens at least once an hour and I am not sure the last time I had a night of uninterrupted sleep.I have tried sleeping with long wrist braces to minimize the pain in my lower arms and even started putting wide, hard tubes on my biceps in an attempt to stop the pain on my upper arms. Nothing worked.I found the Wife Pillow and was excited to give it a try. I ordered the down alternative fiber fill version. After only one night, the pain in my lower arms stopped because the pillow prevented the weight of my head from being on my lower arms and wrists. I reached out to the number to ask about the inserts and toppers.Within minutes, I received a response from Wife Pillow and they were so helpful in recommending the best option for me. In fact, it was the owner that reached back out to me directly. With his recommendation, I ordered the cooling pad topper as this is one of the harder topper options. Using this topper has decreased the amount of weight that is put on my upper arms at night. It almost acts like a shelf for my head so that my arms don’t absorb any of the pressure at all!Not only was the team at Wife Pillow helpful in recommending a topper, but they sent me extra stuffing and followed-up to make sure that I would get my topper and stuffing quickly. They even sent me a prototype of a Wife Pillow filled with shredded memory foam, which offers even more support!It is so great to know that this company cares about their customers and goes the extra mile to make sure they meet the needs of their customers. I have never had a customer experience as great as the service I received from Wife Pillow.
