Simple to use and works very well .A cheap item doing a great job!

Very good for the price. His Lordship's latest fad is metal detecting and seeing as these hobbies usually only last about six months I didn't want to spend a great deal on a pin pointer for him and this one had pretty good reviews. It had to be simple to use (obviously) and have decent sound quality and this fits the bill perfectly. Fairly lightweight, standard design, simple to use and a good loud tone. Hubby is over the moon with it and is convinced he'll discover priceless treasure. So far we have a not so impressive collection of 2p's , rusty screws and nails!!

Its ok. Defintely get what you pay for. You have time be extremely close and some items do not register. Easy to use, but varied results. Little display light is handy, as is the pocket attachment. Pin points exact location accurately. Not a bad little item though. Does the job (mostly).

Never used anything like this before so here’s what I think of it firstly excellent value for money if it finds a nail and stops me putting it through my planer then saves me a lot of time and money started using it as soon as it arrived and it spotted every nail in the wood I was using never missed one as a metal detector first class function is easy as pie looks to be waterproof but not planning on getting it wet so easy to use at first kept finding nails that I couldn’t see no matter how I searched turned out I was holding the wood on my leg and it was picking my keys up in my pocket so functionality is perfect I look forward to a long and happy relationship with this little tool it’s brilliant so far it definitely works I’m really surprised

Bought this in conjunction with a planer/thicknesser as i was running pallet wood through and wanted to make sure all the nails were removed. Works great and it's cheeper than having to replace a new blade

I bought this pinpointer to check for nails, screws and any other metal objects in wood, looks waterproof to me, can't comment on the battery life yet, but as far as I am concern this a quality item, just be out the back checking a pile of wood and it got everything so far. Durability looks rock solid, and so easy to use just put the supplied battery in, switch it on and you are away, comes with built in light, vibration and a nice loud alarm. A very very happy bunny

This is okay quality. feels abit cheap but i think it will do the job. I am yet to really use it at the beach or something, its for abit of fun!
