NutriBullet Rx

Works soooo well at pulverizing for smoothies, etc. I bought this to replace an ancient one that finally died. I love making creamy soups in it (banana squash with cooked bacon and garlic, for example). This is extremely versatile. Highly recommend.

I use a wheelchair and have limited hand function, so dropping things is a real problem. I recently started drinking daily harvest smoothies, which come with all the ingredients already cut up, but everything is frozen and some flavors have nuts. My small blender just couldn’t handle it and I have had difficulty managing larger blenders physically in the past. A friend recommended this model, so I decided to give it a try. It works great! it has enough power to handle the frozen ingredients and I really like the way it blends for one minute at a time. There is a power button on the side that you use to put it into standby mode, and that was manageable for me. After that, just putting the pitcher on the motor will start the cycle, and lifting it off will stop it again. That was easier than I expected it to be. The attached handle is a nice size and works well, so I don’t worry about dropping it. And the pitcher pours nicely. I am using this almost every day, and I’m very pleased with it. I haven’t tried it with any hot ingredients, but I got it to manage smoothies with frozen ingredients and it does a good job of that.

Have had the standard NutriBullet for over two years and loved it. A friend got the Rx unit and he really liked it, so I got one. I love it! Probably one of the best investments I've made in my life. I am not a fruit and veggie eater, but I love putting fruits and veggies in the this Rx unit! I went from having next to no fruit and veggies to having them every day! I look forward to my Nutriblast each day and have been doing this going 3 years! Everyday I have spinach, carrots, apples, flax, chia, blueberries, banana, avocado and a whole bunch of others! I am not a vegetarian or hippy type that is into all veg and nuts all the time. I am a real meat eating human, and I love the NutribulletRx. I like mixing up what I make and sometimes throwing ice in to make it like a smoothie! I still don't eat that healthy, but I do have all my veggies and fruit daily. I have a bunch of energy. Before doing this, I was tired, run down, did not feel all that great. This changed my life. I am 61 and think this and the iPhone are the best inventions of the century. Oh... and I keep using this because it is so easy to use. Make my Nurtriblast, run the blade unit under the water and place on the rack to dry. When done with my drink, wash out the container in about 15 seconds and put it on the rack to dry. No scrubbing, no attachments of any kind, or sticks or rods to mess with and clean. I have seen the big expensive blenders at Costco and they have all these things, and then you have to mash down the fruit with a stick, then clean the stick and the lid and the base and container. I am not into all that. NutriblastRx just does one job perfectly and is so easy. I give it 10 stars out of 5!

This is our 2nd Nutribullet RX. The first one, the screw broke off in the shaft after several years of fairly infrequent use. My husband loves it and wanted another one. It looks to be updated from the first one. There's an extra button (on/off) on the side, which Is nice. They've tweeked the air vents on the bottom of the machine. They are elevated so it will get better air circulation from underneath. I'm not sure what else changed yet, but that's the visuals. My husband has made healthy drinks for several years with fruits & juice and just loves it. Hopefully, this one will last a little longer.

We have been Vitamixers for 15 years. My parents were are Vitamixers, my grandparents are Vitamixers and all my siblings are Vitamixers too. It seems to be one of those things that run in families like Ford or Chevy. Anyway, we have ALWAYS used Vitamix blenders and they've been great, but our old one needed a new blade (I had already replaced it once) and even though the motor was still good, I wanted to see how far blending technology has come since we bought our Vitamix 15 years ago. I have heard great things about the Nutribullet, but was put off by the small size of the canister and the lack of different types of lids and pitcher spouts etc. Then I found the Nutribullet Rx which offers a canister size close to that of our Vitamix and I was sold! I asked for it for Christmas. I/we have used it at LEAST 3 times a day since Christmas and I'm a huge fan! I drink two smoothies per day, my husband likes to make milk shakes with it and my son who is autistic and has a very limited selection of foods he will eat gets a smoothie for dinner every evening. It's the only way we are able to sneak protein and fruits and veggies and probiotics and everything he needs into his diet. He is VERY picky! If there is even the slightest chunk of something or his smoothie isn't perfectly blended, he will refuse the entire thing. So far this has been an absolute winner for our needs! I thought my old Vitamix had been doing a good job blending my greens but it wasn't until I tried this one that I realized it had been leaving bits that the nutribullet blends COMPLETELY buttery smooth! Frozen fruits that caused our vitamix problems (banana, avocado, strawberries and peaches) are usually no sweat for the nutribullet. It's faster, easier to clean and takes up less space on our counter. I LOVE it! I only have a few complaints: * It really irritates me that they didn't put liquid measurements on the pitchers/cansiters. That's such an simple things that you just take for granted that blender companies do! Alas, these pitchers don't have measurements so I had to write them on with a sharpie for convenience and easy of use. It's really, REALLY dumb that they didn't do that. * We have found that if you allow it to run its cycle and shut off automatically, the resulting beverage is too warm. If you're making soup or bulletproof coffee then no problem, but for smoothies, bad news. These blades spin fast and blend fast and in our experience, the smoothie is ALWAYS done MUCH sooner than the auto shut off, so we just push the button to stop it manually or pull the canister off the base which also stops it. Even then, we have to be careful not to let it go too long or add extra ice cubes to compensate because we find that this heats up the contents WAY faster than our vitamix use to. Just something to be aware of. *While we find this way easier to clean than our old vitamix, this blade assembly isn't allowed in the dishwasher. Sure it's not hard to wash by hand, but I always have to deduct "points" for kitchen gadgets that have parts that are not dishwasher safe. At least if you're going to make a part that can't go in the dishwasher, include a special brush or something for cleaning it by hand, or some sort of stand to put it on while it dries or isn't in use. We end up letting it dry in the sink and keep it on its side on the blender itself (see pics). *The only other thing I miss about the vitamix is the ability to choose my speed and power level. This thing does not have that ability. That keeps it simple which is nice, but I just want to mix instead of blend or extract nutrients and full power/speed is way overkill. It would be nice if it at least had an option for low and high speeds. All of that being said, when you compare the price of the vitamix and the nutribullet Rx with the performance and features, what you get for your money in the nutribullet Rx is FAR SUPERIOR in value to what you get from a vitamix or probably a blendtec for that matter (though I can't speak from personal experience). Before you spend hundreds on one of those blenders that has a lawn mower engine, I highly recommend you try the nutribullet Rx first. It gets very heavily used every day and has yet to find a fruit, vegetable or powder that it can't COMPLETELY emulsify. I sincerely hope this review has been helpful to someone else! And yes, I paid full price for this. Feel free to ask any questions!

Everything came in great shape and have been making smoothies with the machine ever since it arrived. The machine is a bit noisy, at least noisier than the 600 and 900 Nutribullet's that I possess, but overall, I really like this machine. The smoothies do seem creamier, and smoother. People have written about the gasket coming out of the base, but also, I read where if you use the tool religiously to tighten the base onto the cup, that won't happen. I have been using the tool, although I have large hands and think I could tighten the base enough with my hand, but I really don't want to go through the clean up if the gasket is sucked into the blade assembly, so religiously I use the tool. One thing I have noticed though too, which isn't really a beef, but the machine heats up the smoothy more than the 600 or 900 NutriBullet does, so I generally put some ice into the smoothie when I am making it, that way it is nice and chilly. Like I said, it does heat up just a bit, and I like chilled smoothies, so just add a few ice cubes and it will be perfect. One other thing, which also isn't a complaint or beef, is that the cups and pitchers are quite large, in fact, very large. The large cup will make a quart and an 8 ounce glass of smoothy. My wife enjoys the smoothies I make though, so it works out, but just keep in mind, if you put all your stuff into the machine, fill it up to the max line, then you will have enough smoothie for two people, not just yourself. That is handy around our household, but a single person, especially a person who does not require a large smoothie to be satisfied, that will make it where you either waste some of your smoothie or you will need to refrigerate the excess. One thing I have done is I bought some quart jars, which are about $7.50 for 12 of them, and use those for my smoothie. I saw people using them on some YouTube videos, and it works well, where you can drink some or half your smoothie, put the lid on it, refrigerate it for a couple of hours, then pull it out and enjoy the rest of the drink when you are hungry once again. I don't think I would trust letting it sit overnight, but that is my own choice, but for a couple of hours, it seems to work out quite nicely.

PROS: Very powerful Variant speed blending cycle = no lumps Easy to clean Does not leak (screw the bottom on evenly and tightly) Nice selection of blending cup sizes Heating element for soups CON: A little loud (but hey, it's a powerful blender) After a dismal attempt at making a creamy sauce with soaked cashews with my everyday blender, I started researching high speed blenders. I wasn't quite ready to spring for a Vitamix, and my research landed several popular smoothie/blenders. I specifically compared watts, which is how I decided on the NutriBullet Rx. The heating function for soups is a nice addition and probably contributed a bit to the price, but my decision landed squarely on the 1700 watts of blending power the Rx had to offer. Smoothies? Incredible, and I love the recipe book that includes smoothies and soups. Plant based sauces and dressings and puddings with soaked cashews, dates, nuts...*anything*? PERFECTLY SMOOTH. This opened up the options for so many plant based recipes we've been wanting to try. Makes an awesome pina colada too. My only cautionary note on this product, it is loud....and so is a Shelby Mustang. Power = loud. (Just forewarn your household if you make a smoothie at 5 am!)

So I have compared this to the Vitamix, top of the line model. the S50, and I must give merit to the NutriBullet Rx. The facts are irrefutable in my humble opinion. They are: PROS: - It is powerful, very powerful, much more than the Vitamix S50. Fruits are pulverized. No pieces left. - It is much easier to clean than the Vitamix S50. Just rinse and that's it. - No need to use that big stick to press your blender contents CONS: - It leaks into the base sometimes, and then it is not so easy to clean. That does not happen often, but it does happen. You have to really tight the cup, but even if you do that, there is a chance that pressure will build and it will cause leaks. - If you screw it too tight, the lid my get STUCK. That has happened to me only once in 6 months, so it does not happen often. But if it does happen it is a process to open. You basically have to boil water in a pan and place the cup inside the pan for 30 seconds. Then it will unscrew easily. But even with the cons above, the power and quality of the resulting smoothies are soooo much better than Vitamix S30. And for 3 times less money. And when it does work without leaks, it is a breeze to blend and clean. Very quick procedure. I recommend and this is an unbiased and unpaid review! I would be interested in comparing it to BlenderTec, but I'm happy with the Nutribullet Rx, so not willing to buy yet another blender.

This is a very good product. Did some research on which Nutribullet model to buy, as there are several. Chose the Nutribullet Rx model finally. Though it is a bit expensive, it has 3 features that I found worth the extra price. 1. Higher motor rating compared to many other models. 2. Intelligent start / stop function rather than the manual options. 3. Most of all, the soup maker option, which allows the user to make cold & room temperature shakes and smoothies, as well as hot soups. 4. While I am not certain, have read reviews of some users on the more basic and cheaper models on offer to probably not be originals. The one I got is just fine. Have tried all options - cold shakes, smoothies and hot soups, and the unit is really versatile and worth the price is my personal opinion.

This is my second one to own. They last a long time! It blends well with no concern.

This product is a huge huge help for anyone who wants smoothies, soup maker and mixer-grinder all in one. It's not a juicer, for someone who wants the juice and roughage separately. Personally I'm a fan of this product and have benefitted tomorrow it immensely. I ordered it twice - both the times the packaging and delivery was smooth. I had some doubts with the product and although the customer care at amazing tried hard, they couldn't resolve my doubt. So I send the machine back thinking it was defective. And I ordered another piece again as I really was impressed with its soup making abilities. By this time I could contact the nutribullet service people on their official Indian website and also ATM retailers contacted me. My doubt was resolved and I realised the first machine wasn't defective. I just needed a slight input on how to use it!!! So my apologies to them for sending the first machine back! Anyways if they had managed to contact me earlier I would have surely kept it. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the product and the delivery
