The media could not be loaded.  Hey there! So, this is our 3rd trampoline and we've had some experience with the Skywalker 15FT from Walmart in the past. This time, we decided to go with the BCAN Trampoline and we're pretty impressed with how sturdy it feels. The slightly smaller size and reinforcement bars connecting the legs have really improved stability for us.Putting the ladder together was a bit of a challenge, but we managed to figure it out in the end. It did take a team of 3 adults about 2 hours to assemble the trampoline, but we think it could have been done with just 2 people - the extra hands definitely helped though!Overall, we found it relatively easy to set up and we're loving the sleek black color. The fact that the net poles bow outward is a nice touch as it prevents the kids from leaning or climbing on them, which was an issue with our previous trampolines.When we purchased this trampoline, there weren't any reviews available, but we're really happy with our decision to give it a shot. It's been a great addition to our backyard fun!

Easy to build, great quality and safe for my daughter

We recently purchased the trampoline, which was fairly easy to set up. Within a couple days of setting it up we had a big windstorm and the trampoline blew over breaking the poles for the net. I talked to customer service for Information on purchasing new poles and they sent me replace parts within a couple days completely free of charge. I am extremely satisfied and would definitely buy from this company again.

We bought this trampoline for my 8 year old to practice her gymnastics on! It’s perfect she loves it and so does her 11 year old brother. Easy to read instructions took us about 2 hours to put together. The top post was broken and I reached out and had new ones from them in a week. Amazing customer service! The trampoline is also perfect we spent several weeks reading reviews to find the right one and I’m so glad we chose this one! Just buy it you won’t regret it!

We got this for my kids and have been very pleasedWith it. It was easy to put together, is sturdy and I love hot tight the netting is keepin the kids safe. While assembling my husband and I broke two pieces that hook the net to the side poles. It was totally our fault (don’t force it like we did) and when I asked how to get replacements parts they promptly sent them two small pieces free of charge. They didn’t have to do that, and I appreciated the generosity.

We just got the trampoline a couple of weeks ago and so far it’s a hit with our big kids and little kids. My husband said the set up was pretty easy compared to our old trampoline several years ago

Bought this for my kids Easter and could tell the product was defective when I received it. I started a return but the seller requires the buyer to pay the return shipping which is more than the trampoline. Since I was stuck with it, I assembled it. Big mistake. The pole broke within a couple of days and two more are on their way to breaking leaving a jagged piece of metal. I reached out via their site and by email and no one will reply!
