Good product. However
Update: customer service contacted me and offered me a new pack of clips. They were very helpful and treated the situation with lots of respect. I will be returning again.Good product. However, a little brittle so don't bend them to much. Sometimes they break when using them just from attaching clay in the clip or when you push them into cardboard.
