Excellent, especially suitable for handmade wax making and small-scale commercial production. It heats up very quickly, reaching the melting point rapidly after startup, significantly saving production time. For those who frequently make candles, it's a highly efficient and practical wax melting device; the overall experience is satisfactory.

Cheaply made, can’t turn on. Tried multiple outlets, was able to get it to turn on one time and then none of the other buttons worked unless you formed it on its side. Whatever mechanism is under the sticker sheet labeled for on/off, temp etc does not work. Not sure if it’s just one defective unit that wasn’t tested at all, or if it’s just garbage. It’s VERY very light compared to a very nice “less expensive” melter that is only for 5-6lbs.

My work uses one of these for making candles, so I bought my own for home use. I was previously trying to melt wax on the stove, which was deeply annoying and messy. Love being able to turn it on and let this do the work for me while I get other stuff ready. The spout is a great upgrade for me too, as I tend to do mixing in small silicone cups and it's easy to measure out the amount I want with no risk of spilling. The only downside for my personal wax melter is that the digital display has a large sticker over it that's meant to remain on since it covers the bare buttons, but mine was instantly peeling as soon as I took it out of the box. I didn't want to go through the hassle of exchanging it. It hasn't affected the performance at all, but it was a bit disappointing. Even so, I think it still deserves the five stars.

This is one of the easiest melters I have ever used! It is very easy to use, is excellent quality, and is an excellent value for the money.

This unit should be able to get hotter. I really question the temp at times. It’s ok but would I buy again? No

Great product with good melting ability. Most importantly when our product had an issue I reached out to ToAuto and got a replacement machine immediately, great customer service. I would definitely go through them again for candle making products

This melter is really great for my small business. It has made everything so much easier. The accuracy is incredibly surprising. The first time I used it, it did not heat up all the way. I was a bit disappointed but decided to give it a second try. Not sure what changed or if it just had stage fright, but it works perfectly now. I checked the temperature accuracy with both a traditional thermometer and a digital one. It was only a couple degrees off. Very impressed.If you want to switch it from Celsius to Fahrenheit, just hold down the + & - buttons together for a couple of seconds, and you are good to go. 10/10. I highly recommend it for the price.
