Super tasty, mixes really well! Nothing to complain about..!

For those who wrote a bad review I would recommend trying it again. I say this because when I read the reviews the most common thing people didn’t like about it was that it was chalky. I recommend getting a shaker bottle found at gnc with the metal spring. It really mixes everything really well and dissolves the powder completely. Have noticed that if the bottle is wet and makes contact it would hardened the powder if not shaken right away so make sure it’s dry before you put it in. Also make sure you use cold water. The taste is actually pretty good especially chilled. Like someone said before it taste like crystal light powder. Not for everyone but to me taste fine. Onto whether it works or not. Been taking it for the past week before and during my work out and I definitely feel less sore. So bottom line for the price it’s a good product and I recommend it very highly.

I bought this product to reduce muscle soreness after workouts. I am amazed at how well it works! I drink one serving before a workout and one after. I have only experienced mild soreness the day after and none on day 2. That makes working out day 2 totally doable! I got the fruit punch flavor. It tastes just like any kid's fruit punch flavored drink. The directions say to mix one scoop (scooper included) with 8-12 oz of water. I tried 8 at first but it was really sweet for me. I eventually ended up using 12 oz of water, which is perfect for me. The powder is very fine and mixes easily. I use a Blender Bottle and never experience any undisolved powder.

This helps me with muscle soreness. I'm 51 years old, and I've isolated it in my diet and confirmed that the BCAAs from MP helps alleviate muscle soreness. Not sure why this is so, but I like it. Also, Amazon provided a very efficient delivery, and the price is OK.

The FRUIT PUNCH flavor is the worst. Read all the reviews and it is very obvious that this flavor for lack of better words sucks. The company should 86 this one. The flavor that is. I got this to help with my daily workout and walking routine and my recovery process. It has been great in that respect. I feel pretty good and I have ordered the unflavored one so I don’t have to suffer through the god awful icy sweet sucralose plus the nasty fruit punch. I add mind to a smoothie. I would prefer to see a product with real sugar verse something as icy sweet as sucralose. I mean a little sugar only adds a few calories and for those of us who prefer no artificial sugars this would be the ticket.

I just ordered my 3rd container. I go to the gym 5 days a week. I use this after every workout. I’m 42. I’ve incorporated a lot of amino acids into my diet, and I feel like this works as a booster to a quicker recovery for me. I also hike 10-15 miles weekly. I don’t think I could do all that without a little assistance. I don’t see me changing it up any time soon. It tastes great and it’s priced right.
