The jury is still out.
I don't see what flavor has to do with it when you swallow it with water.I'm an old guy of 73. I only "go" about every 3 days it seems and then I go about 4 times in one day - what a blast. I would like to try taking more over a one or two week period and see what happens, Butt the directions warn that it may be harmful to take them over a long period of time. I do think they're worth trying.

A Good Choice!
These tablets seem to work just as well as a more expensive brand I was using, having the same formulation. Price is right. The expiration date is good too.

Better than advertised
I have a family member who must take opioids for pain daily. This causes lots of constipation. This product is safe and really does work. The doctor says taking up to 8 a day is OK. Buying the smaller bottles at our local Walgreens or CVS can get very expensive. Buying this in bulk is the way to go.
