Portion control
I use this to portion the canned fruit at school into 4oz cups and also bought one for myself when I make cupcakes at home. Super easy to clean and no mess when used. Perfect for those who never know just how much is enough.

Great scoop
It's a large scoop but one doesn't need to fill it completely so one can portion out how much cookie dough. I like it very much, but wish I had bought a smaller size.

Very solid
I use I to scoop cookie dough. I also purchased the #20 for smaller cookies. Both are larger the # measurements. I’m happy with the quality

Not a high quality product
I ordered this scoop because I hoped to have a larger option for filling cupcake liners and muffin tins. There quality wasn't even comparable to the scoop I have from another brand. The moving pieces were all very loose and didn't seem like they'd hold up long. I ultimately decided to return it and order something else.

I bought this not for scooping ice cream, but for using for cookie dough. I makes large sized cookies, but works well filling muffin tins with batter. A size down from this might be better for making cookies. It did work well though.
