Very good tool to clean high windows without the need for a ladder. The telescopic pole is resistant, easy to adjust and reaches difficult areas. The brush cleans well and leaves the windows with a clean finish. Excellent value for money

We bought this pole system to clean some really high windows. It is sturdy and telescopes very nicely. We also use it for other things like knocking down wasp nests and (empty) bird nests.

I was impressed with this telescoping cleaner. It helps me easily reach the high windows without the need for a ladder, it turns easily and that helps clean corners and difficult areas. It has microfiber cloths that absorb water very well and the glass cleaner leaves the surfaces shiny and without marks. It's light, easy to assemble, includes several spare parts. Great value!

Update: company reached out and refunded the purchase due to the defective squeeze head. Adding Star as the customer service was unexpectedly good and they went to extra lengths to ensure that the issue was resolved.You’re paying for the pole here and getting a low quality squeegee set.Squeegee attachment: it’s all plastic, so the threads will have a very short lifespan. The set comes with two squeegee sizes but once one is on you’re never getting it off again—the attachment is so tight it won’t slide easily. Mine was also warped a bit so it’s impossible to get a good cleaning even without the pole. It just won’t make contact in the center of the squeegee.The pole: it’s a standard thread size that fits a paint roller. It’s lightweight and reaches the height I wanted. There isn’t a ton of bend with this pole and overall the pole itself is good quality.

The pole is very sturdy and well made. The quality feels much better than I expected, especially for the price. It extends smoothly and stays secure while using it, so cleaning high windows feels effortless. I honestly didn’t expect to get such a solid telescoping pole at this price point. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Overall, it’s a good product for the price. The pole is sturdy and the scrub attachment was good. However the plastic that holds the squeegee cracked when I used it. So I contacted the company directly and customer service was great. They immediately responded and promptly sent me a replacement for the entire attachment.

I haven’t used it yet, but when I asked the AI question on the page on how wide the squeegee was it gave me dimensions of 10 1/2 x 3 1/2 deep. I asked that question cause I didn’t want to squeegee that had half an inch of rubber coming out of it, but that’s what I got, which is probably the reason why you didn’t have a side angle of the squeegee. I’m thinking about returning it. I have windows on a second floor and when the squeegee is that small, it doesn’t seem to work because of the angle. I hate to use it and then return it, but I will see. We’ll follow up on this.

I purchased this product and failed to open upon receipt as we were in the middle of winter. By the time it was assembled for use to wash the windows outdoors, we were well past the return date. A piece of one of the clamps for locking the extension pole in place was broken. I contacted the seller to see if I could purchase a replacement clamp. Without hesitation, the seller informed me they were going to ship a new pole containing the clamps. In addition to being delighted at the great customer service, other than the issue with the clamp, this is a very nice solid product. Would definitely buy from this seller again.
