Carbon ribbon not available for purchase ...Poor after sales service
After sale service is poor than expected. Secondly, the original fitted ribbon got malfunctioned after 2 days of use, while tried to contact customer service, found that ribbon not available for additional purchase. Need to buy in mass qty> 8, Its waste of money. I wouldnt recommed to buy product.

It is very handy and easy to use. Print quality is good. Normal paper can also be used for printing.

Print on the move
The beauty of this product is - Use of Regular A4 paper. I can take print at my customer's premises any time. Very prompt customer service. Need to know about purchasing spare ribbon. Thanks to Team Sreyansh

A big mistake
Not worth buying... Print quality not as good as laser printer... Ribbon also finish quickly...

Great product portable printer
This a favourite gadget. If I have this device i could solve all my problem. You know doing any official work you need a bunch of xerox.So if you have this device you can use it anywhere take a print out in A4 sheet and continue. It is really portable easy to carry it's more to me like a small bluetooth soundbar. Just kidding but really it will solve our day to day problems and make our life more easier. One thing as per customer demand i should request to its manufacturer, that in future you may require to upgrade this like adding an option of colour cartridge so it can be used in everywhere. In school projects, school crafts and in big organizations. Need to put some colour in to it. But still at present this device is very important to all office guys, business man and corporates. Thanks Amazon to allow me to share my review
