Recommend by Dr Jason Hawrelak for constipation problems. It has worked really well for me. I take one tablet daily in the morning. Highly recommend it. Being regular helps avoid toxic build up in the body and I also believe that it mitigates feeling depressed or generally feeling rotten! :-)

I think these are fantastic. I used AI to put my symptoms in and these came up. They have literally cured my slow gut. And one seems to last a while, so I don’t have to take every day, maybe like once or twice a week. Another unintended amazing side affect from these is that I never get up to go to the toilet in the middle of the night anymore.

I have recently had some tummy issues, and taking this supplement appears to have helped get things back to normal. I'm not sure what caused my gut to suffer, but it went from running smoothly and with no issues, to being all over the place, with pain, bloating, and all sorts of drama. I think maybe the bacteria became imbalanced after I ate something dodgy. Taking these capsules seems to have put the friendly bacteria back in control, and everything has settled down again to normal now, with smooth running resumed. So, I'm delighted with the product, and I have faith in its effectiveness borne of first hand experience. The reason I'm not awarding a full five stars is the mono strain formulation. It's my understanding that the broader the variety of healthy bacteria in your gut, the healthier your microbiome, and many supplements reflect this by providing a number of different bacteria strains in each capsule. So, although the product is excellent, and has certainly helped me, I'd have preferred a multi-strain formulation for longer term use. I'm awarding a solid four stars.

Reduce bloating and feel energetic

To be honest I have tried a number of these probiotics over time, and have helped me restore my previous gut health. My sister in law has recently had an IBS diagnoses and co incidentally also had courses of antibiotics for urinary tract infections. My Sister in law started taking these capsules and has already noticed an improvement in her symptoms regarding the gas and bloating. She confirms they are easy to take and swallow and have no taste. She takes them in the morning on an empty stomach. This is not the cheapest product out there but the company appears to have been going since 1981. However we do not see any claims of third party testing for heavy metals and other impurities (like so many companies) however it is produced in Belgium, so will fall under EU regulations which can be a bonus. Rather unsettling though is the "trust pilot" score of 3 from about 6 reviews (very small sample) Will update after the course has finished but so far only positive news to report from Sister in Law.
