I've only had this for a couple of weeks but so far I love it. It cooks like a non-stick pan but, so far, is much easier to clean. If there is anything left on the pan it comes off with water and a soft cloth. I expected it to be much heavier, like Creuset ware, but this is extremely light. I also prefer to hang my pots and pans because I don't have much space and I can hang this by the open handle. If it's this good after a few weeks I'll order more sizes. They're beautiful, lightweight and cook beautifully.

This little pan is exactly what I wanted, non stick and very easy to clean. It is a bit lighter than the titanium one which I also have in the same size and it can be put in the dishwasher. Between them, they cover my needs for small sautéing pans.
