If you mind to do enema, this is good way to clean your colon.

While this product says that it is a colon cleanse, it’s very different than the ones I have used in the past. Other colon cleansing products contain laxatives like senna leaves that are a bit harsh on the tummy, but really give you the feeling of being flushed out. With that being said, this product works great at getting your bowels moving, and keeping you regular with zero cramping or stomach pains. The ingredients are clean, and beneficial. I found this product produced healthy movements, and was easy to predict when you’d need to use the restroom if you follow the instructions. It recommends a dose of (2 pills) or double dose in the morning, and repeat at night. I would start out with a lower dose, and then work your way up if needed. Great product that I feel is safe, and healthy to take regularly.

With great ingredients like aloe and ginger to soothe the intestines and citrus flavonoids that help with free radicals along with cascara sagrada for effective elimination of waste. I'm pretty regular so I tried 4 of the capsules to start with and soon realized how effective this product is ( LOL) so 2 capsules a day works best for me.
