Good one, with no surprises!
On time with a nice case and instructions. What more does one want? Nada! Get it, its a good one. No surprises either. Yep yep!

Good enough product however customer support lacking
This is my second time purchasing this prodcut because I lost my last one. The first time I purchased I was happy with my purchase, however this time in less than a month the item has broken with the chip inside of the speaker feature falling out (photo attached). I would like to resolve the matter with the company however the product support link is dead and the phone number listed does not have a representative accessible.

These do not sound good. Very cheap product as far as quality. Don't waste your money!

Very happy
Very happy with these headphones. Sound has good clarity and volume. Does cancel our some noise in my opinion. I like that it has adapters for smaller ears.

Not real "HIFI" Sound; Not Much Bass or Bottom; EarBuds Inflexible and Don't Fit Well
They don't fit into the ears very well. The ear buds aren't flexible. They are a little bulky and rigid. I'm not getting that deep bass, sound depth and power that I get from other earbuds. These are don't give that "HIFI" sound, as advertised. The sound is more treble, high and brassy. These don't have that low, bass, bottom, boom sound. Poor design, overall. And the volume controls are all the way up at the face, so you can't even see how to turn the volume up or down. The magnets are not really useful. I wish they would've spent that money on a better design with some real boom/bottom to the sound...and better-fitting, more flexible earbuds. At least they fit my iphone 16, so I can use them until I find something better.
