I forgot about these for ages after I bought them, until last night. I'd been feeling really unwell all day - achy and in pain but no temperature. I decided the have an Epsom salt bath and put these on before bed. Woke up this morning and although my muscles feel tired, they no longer hurt. My headache is gone, and I feel generally a lot better. The pads themselves are really black and look kind of oily.... They were perfectly dry last night. Colour changing I can see happening with sweat, but greasiness? Could be coincidence but I'd say give these a try and I'll definitely be doing it next time I'm ill.

I have now used these for two nights and disappointing. The side that stick to your foot has a cover like that of a tea bag. So during the night moisture from your feet thins the cover exposing the dark grey substance inside. That's all. See before and after photos I've attached. Have used for two nights and both same.
