My favorite skin crean although not inexpensive.

Great for my eczema! No greasy, absorbs quickly, no scent (which is so important), and stays well moisturized for a long time. The tube is a good size to keep on my counter or throw in my purse.

My husband has been suffering from winter itching and nothing seemed to help. I found Skinfix Hand Relief Cream and thought it was worth a try. He uses the cream on all his dry areas and is thrilled with the results. His itchy exema is clearing up and his itching is really reduced. The only downside I see for this product is the high cost. I don't know what's in it that makes it work better than even Eucerin, but it does work well.

I have really dry hands and this hand cream did not help much. It feels good going on but feels dry soon after. This may be ok if you have normal skin.

Magnificent, creamy, easy to use. I greatly enjoy the subtle sent and the feel on my skin. It defends against cracking and dry skin but is not water resistant. Once you wash your hands, you do have to reapply.

I bought this cream to treat eczema/dermatitis. It did not help with the condition. However, it had a great feel and was not greasy.

Fantastic, wonderful! Not greasy, just a great heavier-weight lotion/cream that does the trick on very dry gardeners' hands!

I developed these tiny flesh colored bumps on my palm that hurt to touch. My hands were so dry and painful along the lines on my palm. I figured since this was on sale what did I have to lose? I’m glad I bought this. There’s no smell, it’s sooo rich and hydrating. All you need is a tiny dot of the stuff to cover your hands because it spreads so easily. So bonus, this is going to last forever. I highly recommend 10/10. I’m really picky about my hand creams and could only use the l’occtaine in the white squeeze tube but it’s sooo expensive and really didn’t last as long as I needed it to. But the skinfx cream? lasts all day.

This is the best cream to help heal eczema prone skin. You could see a noticeable difference on hands within 24 hours and has been healing each day since. Expensive but worth it considering I have purchased so many that don’t seem to get the job done.

Worth every penny!

Good to moderately good relief for eczematous skin. It doesn't really help during rare breakouts or the acute onset of eczema; however, it's more of a maintenance care for eczema-prone skin. During a flare-up, you'll need something gentler or stronger, depending on the type. For its price, there are better hand creams out there that are more protective.

I have tried a few different eczema creams on my 7 year olds hands but this is the only thing that has helped her. She complains other ones sting but this one doesn't and has helped in just a couple days. Great product! Would definitely recommend
