Beautiful Glass Pot
I originally bought this to cook rice. It doesn't work too well for rice because it burns it a little. Although the pot is gorgeous, I am not too thrilled with the design because it has ridges on the inside so it makes it a bit tedious to clean. They should have designed it with the ridges on the outside for better grip and a smooth inside for a smoother clean. Surprisingly the handles don't get hot, that was a shocker for me! Not sure how that works but it does. It has a cute little spout for easy pouring.

Useful
It’s a good pot for soup, tea, or to simmer water however I am disappointed with how thing the glass it. The knob on the tin keep coming loose

Super small
I got the large and it’s very small and not worth the money at all. It’s almost the size of a tea kettle

It’s a unique experience . Not for everyone nor every cooking need for sure .
The media could not be loaded. It’s a very cute little glass pot ! Not much you can do with it . At least that’s what I thought . My first trial was boiling some diced potatoes . In the beginning I was so worried that I would have accidentally break it if I turned the heat more than medium . So I started slowly . Nothing happened till I turned it literally to medium and it worked perfectly . To my surprise , after a while I had to turn down a bit because it started to boil vigorously. So far I didn’t brake it ! And surprisingly works well . Cleaning is easy . But I had marks after boiling water and I am not sure if I want to be aggressive when cleaning . Not a big deal . The lid is there , but not the best thing . The handle is barely holding the glass lid . Cheap, afterthought to be honest .The pot itself is gorgeous , the ribbed glass is so pretty . Light in weight . Easy to handle .So for a quick soup , noodle or boil some water , heat up the leftover curry … this will work well . Just be extra careful , she is fragile !

Beautiful Pot, Great Quality
Hi, it’s Glamorous Gem, hope you all are having a wonderful day,I got this pot because not only was it cute looking, but it can go with my other tea pot made of the same stuff. It’s also great for single servings as well. It came with just the lid and the bottom and no assembly was required at all. This pot is approximately 2.3L and it’s about 6.3"D x 8.7"W x 5.3"H (78oz).It is also a bit more than 2lbs in sizing, but it is fairly lightweight. The look of it overall is quite tiny, though great for smaller batches. It comes with a variety of simple features such as its dishwasher-safe, non-toxic, microwave, oven, and freezer safe as well. It is supposedly heat&cool resistant, too. The material is high borosilicate glass. What I like about it is all of the above, plus more. It has a very attractive design. It’s quite clear looking and the ribbed inside makes it quite unique.Cooking in it was a breeze, and I had no issues. Though, it is fragile, it can withstand quite a bit of heat. It cooked evenly on my glasstop stove. The built in spout makes it easier to drain water away properly for most things like (pasta, rice, noodles, etc) or even using it as a makeshift teapot. It easy to hold and maneuver around, just be sure not to add too much weight to it. (I don’t usually add anything more than half or even a quarter to full)So, all in all, it seems like a high quality pot and I hope it’s lasts a long time 5/5PS: No matter the nature, I only write honest, unbiased, and trustworthy reviews. Thanks for reading 📚☺️📖

Very attractive and more durable then I initially thought
When I ordered this I expected the glass to be kind of thick like Pyrec or that older glass cookware but it wasn't and I was honestly reluctant to use it because was concerned with it breaking. The pot is very pretty and aesthetically pleasing. In my opinion it is better to cook things that are juicy in this pot or things that can be easily stirred around or moved during cooking. There is no heat distribution on the bottom so things like rice, casseroles and even chili would burn on the bottom. But things like soup, stew, sauces etc that can be stirred and moved within the pot work great. As I mentioned I was a bit reluctant to use on the stove because it seemed thin (thinner) in my opinion compared to other. I hit the pot on the top of the counter a couple of times just to test out it strength and once I was satisfied it would not easily break I used it to make chicken and rice. The pot comes with a lid that fits nicely. It was enjoyable watching how the food inside of the pot started to boil. I can't wait to make some hot apple cider in it. I imagine the smells will fill the kitchen wonderfully as the lid does not close all of the way, it has a pour spot and so the aroma will fill the kitchen. The pot was fairly easy to clean, I let it simmer with hot soapy water for a few to get the burnt food out of the bottom and then used a spatula to scrap it out, that part worked better than most other pots. I hand wash dishes but am not sure about the lip of the pot. I did not pay close attention when I initially washed it and there was some residue there I missed. It was not hard getting it off just overlooked because of the way the body of the pot is made.Overall though I still have a few reservations about using the pot for "cooking" however it was a great ice bucket and champagne cooler. I think that it is a piece that versatile and will get a lot of use out of it even if it is not cooking. The packing was exceptional and fully protected in transit as mentioned in the description. I am torn on my rating. I am inclined to give it a 8 however in the description and name it says it is a simmer pot and does not say it is for cooking so based off description it would be 10 because it does what it says it will do.
