This is a great television for me. I have a light filled living room so needed something that would work well in high light. The picture is clear and crisp in the height of the day. The sound is excellent in an open concept living/dining/kitchen with vaulted ceilings. I will not be needing a sound bar. I did not use the flush mount frame because I needed the tilt down (it is mounted above a very high fireplace) and to be able to swing it in the direction of the kitchen. The remote is very intuitive but is slim and slippery so that now has a much needed silicone sleeve. Samsung makes it super easy to set up. Connected to my WiFi immediately. I love this purchase!

I can’t get over Samsung TVs. For me it’s their graphical user interface and their remote controls. So easy and a pleasure to use. They also operate much faster than other brands which is a discriminator for me. Plus for the frame look. Sits so close to the wall!

Do not buy this TV!! if you have any problems with it,( ours never worked right out of the box) you must deal with Samsung, which is an absolute nightmare. We have spent days waiting on customer care to show up with no-show being the standard procedure. Finally showing up after countless phone calls with “faulty” repair parts which results in the customer having to call Samsung and sit on the phone for hours to try to get a resolution. In theory the TV is a great thing but if you have any issues with it, you will curse the day you ever bought it. Even if you qualify for “accommodations” meaning a refund or an exchange, you have to wait two weeks for that to be approved and then you have to wait for their trucking company to pick up the faulty unit. Then you are responsible for uploading your ticket to show that it was picked up. Everything is on the customer!! The worst customer service ever! I will never buy another Samsung product!!

Even better than I hoped for. This television really delivers. Excellent picture and sound. The ability to have art showing when it’s off is a big plus. It really looks like a framed picture. Programming was a piece of cake. The One box made hooking it up so easy. Can’t say enough good things about The Frame.

We love our TV! I’ve been wanting a frame TV for a while and am very happy we decided to go for it. There is a convenient app with a remote control option on your phone. It has a built in sound monitor and tells me when I’m my dogs are barking and will turn itself on to play calming music for them. The art mode is beautiful and you can even upload your own photos and/or purchase art photos on Etsy if you are an artsy soul and have favorite artworks that aren’t available in the Samsung Art store. Pictures really don’t do it justice! Ours is not mounted as we are planning to move, but I can only imagine I will love it even more once it is mounted and has a decorative frame.

Frame TV is very nice in the application we use it for, we have one in the kitchen and one in the guest room. Picture quality is nice, but obviously not up to par with OLED. Use user interface is better than earlier Samsung TVs, but still a little confusing at times. I like the Samsung TV app as we do not have cable service anymore so this feels a bit of a hole. I like the artwork, there’s very little free artwork so you have to buy the service at $50 a TV. There are more affordable options out there such as the Frame Crop app. My biggest gripe is a packaging, there’s way too much Styrofoam and in this day and age of trying to be environmentally sensitive there’s much better packaging options. You can’t recycle Styrofoam and our trash service will not pick it up in the bulk service , so the only option is to break it up in little pieces, which makes a massive mess, and throw it in the garbage can over a couple of weeks.

Super tv. stylish. Flat. Very minimal look on wall. Easy to install. Navigation/menus have way too many options to get to what we want to watch. But worth the benefits.

Love the versatility of the upgraded technology. I can share architectural plans from my laptop and see the full size of a 24" x 36" drawing by pressing two keys in my computer. The Art feature is cool, now we can have Hokusai paintings in our living room (at no cost!).

This is a fantastic TV, everything about it is amazing. The pictures and paintings you can display look so real. The service was also five star. I ordered in the evening and it was delivered the next morning!

I’ve had this tv a week and I would ignore all the bad reviews I’m happy with it for what I bought it for the art mode is great and gaming is great I don’t subscribe to Samsung art you can download and use your own I don’t use it for normal tv just YouTube as I have a lg oled for that overall I’m more than happy with this 65inch frame tv after a week sound is ok

Brilliant bit of kit… easy to set up, easy to use looks great on the wall and love the idea of it looking like a piece of art on the wall instead of a huge black rectangle when it’s not in use as a Tv.
