It allows me to rest without any pressure on my ears or headphones.Support: The medium-firm memory foam provides exceptional head and neck support. I was pleasantly surprised by how effective it is in keeping me properly aligned throughout the night.Breathability: The holey cotton pillowcase fabric is very breathable, helping to keep me cool. I don't overheat or feel stuffy even with my headphones on.I primarily use this pillow to comfortably wear headphones while sleeping rather than to accommodate piercings. For that purpose, it has been an extremely helpful solution, allowing me to drift off while listening to music or podcasts without discomfort. I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone else who sleeps with headphones on.

This small memory foam pillow could be the perfect solution to your sleeping issues. But no pillow will suit everyone - everyone has their own comfort issues in bed. I was attracted to this pillow because I am a side sleeper and often wear earbuds to bed to help me settle into sleep or reduce environmental noise. I need adequate head elevation to avoid straining my neck. It's hard to think of a hole as value added, but it is very helpful in relieving ear compression discomfort while wearing earbuds for music listening.The pillow is well constructed with a firm memory foam. The pillow is a traditional symetrical rectangular shape - it is not contoured as some pillows are for better neck support. The form fitting memory foam partially makes up for this.This pillow is helpful, but is not the perfect solution for me. I am using it, but the search for my perfect pillow continues - and probably always will. It may well be your perfect 5-star pillow. Incidently, I also find it an effective lumbar support pillow for long drives in the car. So it is a great travel pillow.

This pillow is good for protecting ears, but the memory foam is too firm so that this turns out to be a hard pillow. That coupled with the squared edges profile that provides no neck support make this pillow difficult to use. This could be better with a less dense/more yielding foam and/or with contoured edges to provide neck support. As it is, I’m not able to use it effectively.

Jacobable piercing pillow white:PURPOSE: I've been looking for a smaller memory foam travel pillow than the one I have. I'm also a side sleeper and normally sleep with a contoured memory foam pillow. I don't sleep well with feather or super soft pillows that many hotels provide.What I like:+ SIZE: Compact, yet comfortable for me. Listed measurements are pretty accurate. Lightweight imo.+ PROTECTIVE COVER: Soft. Middle zips open. Hidden zipper on side, wish zipper were longer to get cover off and on easier for washing. I also cover with a pillowcase, and wrap the extra fabric under.+ MEMORY FOAM: On the firm side, not super soft, which I like. For me, since I'm a side sleeper, and there's an opening in the middle, it feels sorta similar to my contoured pillow.+ MIDDLE OPENING: Allows me to put foam EARPLUGS in + side sleep comfortably, if I ever need to while traveling.+ Fits + flattens easily in travel vacuum compression bag, for packing in carry on.NOTE: This pillow works for me. However, pillow comfort + preferences are highly personal, and will vary for each person.Happy with it. Hope this was helpful.

You'll may need to give this pillow a few days to air out. Mine has a noticeable smell from the memory foam.The softness is as expected, from my experience with other memory foam pillows. Don't try to use it face down. There's no airflow.

It’s comfortable, perfect size for my ear, performs as expected with relieving pressure on my ear. It’s firm and looks nice and meets performance expectations.
