Easy Comfortable Tent
I used this tent for a beach camping trip this weekend. Once I understood that all I had to do was pull down the legs until they lock, it takes less than 60 seconds to get it up. It took me 20 more minutes to secure it. For the beach, the stakes weren't good, I purchased some longer stakes, but they also weren't good for the sand. I made some sandbags that were perfect for my 3 day trip. I didn't have to adjust the tent at all. It rained everynight. The tent stayed completely dry inside and there was no condensation. The wind picked up off and on reaching at times 30 mph. I got some of the best sleep with the dound of the rain and waves from the beach. Many tents were blown down, but my tent stayed secure. I did not use the extra support lines for my rain fly, but will in the future, because the way the wind was blowing, I see how the stretch bands on the rain fly could be damaged, but again everything stayed secure. The tent is very warm. On my first night, I used my fan to keep cool. But after that I realized I could open the flap over the tent door a little and the rain fly covered it. No one could see in, and the rain didn't come in. Perfect. I used plastic for my sandbags, (I made sure to clean it up before I left the beach). But next time I'm beach camping, will use the real sandbags and the stakes from this tent set to secure the tent. Overall, I liked the tent. It's roomy. I can walk in and stand up. It's much easier on my back. For this trip I had to bend my neck a little because I buried some of the pole, but now I know more. Take down was easy, cleaning was easy, and it goes right back into the carry case. Highly recommend it, and for the first time, I'm fully satisfied with a tent.

Heavy but great for glamping!
Though heavy (this is glamping only! Weighs 17lbs!) itโs SO EASY to put up that for our purposes- we camped 7 nights in a row and had to out up n take down 3 of these - it was perfect. For the price, it was a cheaper than renting and since they carried them on trucks, made sense for us. We will use again for next car camping trip. Will They hold up for years to come? Unlikely with heavy use but again, occasional camping? With a. Car? And nice that you can stand up!

Looking forward to years of camping
OK, don't let the 4 star rating scare you. I just set this tent up this morning; a "shakedown cruise" as it were. I have yet to take it camping, so I will not give a higher rating until I've tested it. Having said that, the setup was very easy, just like you see on the You Tube videos. My neighbors were impressed with the ease that it set up. I'm 74 y/o and no Lewis and Clark so my first setup time was maybe 2 1/2 minutes but I know with a few practice drills I can get it down to 60-90 seconds. My first impression was the roominess; I camp alone and I like my space but in my opinion 2-3 people in this tent will not be tight,. I'm 5'9" and the height here is 5'7"...I'm fine with that. I know you can purchase tents that are much less, but then, I don't like tents you have to scrunch yourself in...42"-48" in height. No thanks; when the weather turns bad and you're in a tent that small, tempers get short. There is lots of ventilation, the windows are big , there is a hook on the top for a small light, pockets for small things that tend to get lost and a pocket to extend a cord out for charging those 21st century gadgets we love. The tent looks very durable and sturdy and that will be tested out in two weeks as I will be using it on my Michigan trip. I'm certain the ratings will go up, so don't be afraid to check this number out. I purchased a canopy to go with my tent. This allows for extra stretching room and it looks like I did the right thing. Of course, you will be the final judge but I would recommend this tent for your family or couples weekend excursions. Best of Luck!

Great tent, howeverโฆ.
Assembling this tent was the quickest experience Iโve ever had pitching a tent. Hammering all six stakes added a couple more minutes, but that was no big deal. Overall, my husband and I loved our tent and are making it our forever camping tent! Consider this: 1) It is small. Three regular-sized adults laying down will fit, but youโll be really squished. 2) Donโt even try fitting a queen size air mattress. Someone posted a misleading picture in the review and we tried it. 3) super short instructions included, which means youโll have to figure out how to set up the โmini entryโ way on your own. Good luck with that. My husband and I pitched it prior to leaving and realized we had to buy a full size air mattress and return the queen. The full size was a snug fit. Also, we knew immediately that, at most, you could fit three regular-sized adult if you all used sleeping bags, but you all would be squished with barely any room for even one duffel bag. For two people, it was perfect!

Tent likely best for use with sleeping bags
Update: 6/3/2024: I was impressed that the company reached out to me. They are implementing some suggestions made in my original post and explained that the tent sides have to lean in due to the poles and the easy-up design, while trying to not make the tent heavier and more cumbersome. If you take minimal things camping, youโll probably love this tent! So, I upgraded to 3 stars. To me, 3 stars means the product met all basic expectations. As it set up smoothly, kept more bugs out (that werenโt inside already - but I took a solar powered bug zapper for the inside ones), kept me dry, and it allowed me to block the early morning sun coming in by zipping the cover on the doorโs screen in the morning. The company offered a suitable solution to me, which I REALLY appreciate, and it makes me feel even better about them as a source to try again. I like companies that stand behind their products! That was common when I grew up and so is very appreciated when I find it these days. Original review: Iโm reviewing the Toogh 3/4 Person Camping Tent with Instant Setup Tent, Weatherproof Cabin Tent. I used a sturdy waterproof tarp underneath and a moving blanket inside for extra cushioning on the tent floor. It was easy to pop up by extending the poles, but that does NOT secure the tent. The rest is not instant! The instructions had no suggestions on the best way to orient the tent, how to best anchor it with the tent stakes, how & when to attach the rain fly (tip, if youโre height challenged, attach it before you extend and lock the 4 poles), how & where to attach and how to use the guy linesโฆ Those instructions all are needed for new campers - or those returning to camping after decades away - like me! Cell service was poor, so it was hard to find instructions needed to set up the tent. It ended up taking well over an hour! Thatโs ridiculous! I bought this tent because it was to be quick and easy. Ha! Help a customer out, folks! Include all the directions! (Tip: take pics when you lay it out flat to start to have as a reference when packing up at the end.) The biggest disappointment for me is that the 8โ x 8โ footprint rather shrinks because the tent sides are all angling inward, so if using cots, there isnโt 8โ across for it at the height of the cotโs mattress. Couple that with knowing that nothing should be touching the insides of the tent in case of rain (which was a likelihood), then the useable space shrank further. When my cot was placed far enough from the tent wall to not be touching the tent wall along the length of the cot, then the head & foot of the cot were touching the two adjacent walls. So, the cot had to be placed on an angle to not touch any tent wall. That rendered the space behind it inaccessible. I donโt think two cots would have fit. You may be able to lay 4 sleeping bags on the floor of the cot, but it would not leave room for the campersโ belongings too. Once inside the tent, if the window coverings are unzipped, there are no ties or Velcro to hold the flaps, so they got in the way. (hint: take clothespins or big binder clips). The storage bags on the tent sides to hold things were located on the floor level, making them inaccessible from lying on a cot. I had the rain fly on, and the window coverings were down (the screens are always in place on the windows) but Iโd guess it was easily 10 -15 degrees warmer in the tent in the morning than the air temperature outside - but it was very humid that day! I thought with the low ventilation flap & the rain fly over the top of the poles, that heat would rise and escape, bringing in cooler air from below, but that didnโt happen. My expected cool sleeping temperature wasnโt felt. Honestly, if I could return it I would, but it was used once. Do yourself a favor and fold a large blanket or cover into an 8โ x 8โ square and then shrink it in both directions for not touching tent walls with anything. If using a cot, shrink that size even further because a cot is higher off the ground than a sleeping bag, and the walls are leaning inward, so the higher your cot, the less space there is for it. Then place on the remaining space on the cover whatever youโd want in your tent, and see if it all fits. If for one or two campers with sleeping bags & few personal belongings, itโd likely be great. I wanted room for other things (yes, more of โglampingโ: food storage, dog crate, chair, clothes, etc.) and this did not work for me.

60 Seconds - Absolutely!
I LOVE this tent! It does exactly what it says it does. I went camping with my family over the summer and my brothers who all about camping stood with their mouths open when I popped my tent up in 60 seconds. And you can bet I was smirking the whole time too! It's just as quick and easy to take down too. It's very sturdy, durable and spacious. Worth every penny. My brothers demanded to know where I purchased it from and they told me later that they all bought them one too.

Awful design!
I bought this tent on the basis of the positive reviews and I wish I hadn't. I live in Arkansas and the first time I used it was over the labor day weekend. It set up easy enough, I've had an ozark trail that was easier. It leaked right out of the gate. And wouldn't you know, it dripped right where my head was laying. The design is absolutely horrendous for ventilation if it's raining; you have to shut everything down because if you don't water will run down the "awning" and straight into the tent. Packing it up after a miserable night was going ok until the last rod. For some reason it would not unlock, all the rest did but not that one. I pressed a little harder thinking that maybe the lock was just stiff...nope - *CRACK*!!! There went a rod. Three to four persons? I don't think so unless you are a group of homunculus. My wife and I are fairly normal sized people and we took up the entire tent. For reference she's 5'6" and 115 pounds and I am 6'1" and 250 pounds. I'm on the large side of average obviously but not obese. All in all I say it would suit being used as a playhouse for toddlers in the backyard but absolutely will never be purchased by me again. It sucked so much I don't even want to try to get replacement parts for the broken rod. It's going right in the trash.

POP UP
This tent is the easiest thing to put together and doesn't require a lot of force or effort mentally and physically. It is good quality and waterproof also very comfortable and roomy. Went out camping for a week and this tent held up wonderfully even after it poured for an afternoon straight. Certainly a great purchase. It is lightweight and could be hiked with for a short distance. This isn't a brandname but it is great quality and has held up wonderfully. The only downside was a plasticy smell when we first got it but a short time outside open with the breeze going through it got rid of that problem quickly. For the quality and price this can't be beat. If you're just getting into camping and want something easy to set up and breakdown, roomy, and good quality buy this you won't go wrong.

Awesome
I've been through a few tents trying to find the right one for me and this goes above and beyond. Stands up to the strongest winds and heaviest rain when all around me collapsed.

Great value and sets up quickly
Great quality, waterproof and sets up in minutes. It's small but plenty of room for myself and Hubby and our inflatable double bed.
