A decent torch that seems to do the job well for hunting and outdoor activities.The torch comes with a few mounting options and has adjustable beam width. It's powered by a rechargeable battery or 3 AAA batteries, which is handy if the main battery dies.The build quality seems very solid with rubber seals for weatherproofing. It all comes enclosed in a hard plastic case.The red light is good for wildlife watching without scaring animals, and it helps preserve night vision. It's quite bright - realistically useful up to about 50-70 metres.Some nice extras are included like a pressure switch, scope mount, and battery charger but these might not be needed if you're just looking for a red light torch.It seems reasonable value considering everything you get in the package.The beam is a very red and battery life seems good so far, lasting a few hours of use.Overall, it's a handy torch for night hunting or general outdoor use.Worth considering if you need a red light for outdoor activities, but probably overkill for casual use.

The media could not be loaded. Perfect for what I needed. I had a rat problem down the bottom of the garden and wanted a red light to help with dispatching them. After reading a few reviews I was unsure but thought I'd give it a go. As you can see from the video, it does the job perfectly. It gives the option to widen or concentrate the beam.The distance here is around 50 feet. I like the fact you get a rechargeable battery aswell as the option to use 3 AAA batteries. The only negative is that the wired button feels cheap in quality but it hasn't failed on me yet. If the build quality of the button was improved it would be a 5* product.

This light comes with two mounting brackets (forehandle bars or tripod). The width of the beam can be flood light wide will focused like a spotlight. It contains a rechargeable battery and a separate USB 5 volt battery charger (that requires external power). In addition, it has a battery cartridge that can hold three AAA batteries. This is ideal when the chargeable battery goes flat the torch can still be powered without the need for recharging. It arrived in a padded plastic case which is probably a little brittle because it was a damaged (split) when I received it. The red light helps maintain your night vision, but use of the spot in close quarters is so bright that it's still affects your eyes after it has been switched off. This is a great night time torch when there is usually enough light to walk by but might require illumination for certain darkened areas. I'm extremely pleased with it.

The media could not be loaded. I got this because I like torches and potentially it might have a use for spotting wildlife at night without causing too much disturbance. The build is pretty much a clone of any number of budget LED torches which run using 3.7v Li-ION 18650 batteries. They haven't been very generous with battery capacity; at only 1800mAh its smaller than the 18650s I have in nearly every other torch I own. It is very bright though, the same as similar white LED torches but it just has a red LED instead. To be clear this is NOT infra-red, it can clearly be seen with the naked eye.Accessories include a momentary and latching switch designed to be placed near a rifle trigger. This is because the torch is marketed as a hunting accessory. The other accessories include a AAA battery adaptor and a bunch of fixings which enable it to be used with a tactical rail. I won't be needing any of those. It comes in a good-sized plastic storage box.

This is a bit of a niche product for hunting and outdoor activities. Red light is a good choice if you plan to seek out wildlife without scaring them off but red light also minimises eye strain when observing at night for other activities like map reading or astronomy as well as animal watching.This torch seems very well made, with rubber seals on joins for weather proofing. It also comes with a trigger switch end cap which is ideal for mounting on various equipment. You press the thick end once to power on/off or hold the thin end to hold the light on, release to switch off.You also get a scope mount, picatinny mount for side mounting and even a AAA battery enclosure so that you can use conventional batteries rather than the supplied 18650. A 18650 battery charger is also included in this comprehensive kit all stored within a strong plastic case. For the money (just over £22 at time of review), I think this is great value particularly if you are after a robust and capable red hunting/animal watching light.

Absolutely useless as a hunting lamp. The light is nowhere near bright enough.

Considering at the time of this review, £22.80 delivered for a tactical red light ONLY torch. The main complaint I have with this torch is it's limited lighting option. For the price sure it's a great red light torch but considering there's a plethora of torches on Amazon limiting it's modes to RED only isn't a great selling point for me.The torch is well made, has it's own plastic hard case and some mounts. This is fine but again I'd rather have some various modes beyond just being RED. It's good that you can either use the adapter for 3 x AAA batteries or utilise the 18650 which isn't overly common for most people but a charger is supplied for it.Overall it's a good torch, great brightness, functionality, and quality. 4/5
