I’ve lost count of how many different phone and tablet stands I’d been watching; I was actually thinking I needed one for the desk for everyday use, an angular one to clamp onto the side to do overhead photography and then a nice gooseneck one to arch over my headboard so I could watch TV shows in bed, a medium height one for a coffee table and then a floor stand so I could have my tablet higher up while doing home workouts... (by the way, that was not an exhaustive list)The thing is, this stand is so good, it actually works in ALL of those scenarios (and then some) and the best thing is, it’s so impeccably designed and engineered with ease and tactility in mind that it only takes literal seconds to shift into another angle or change the height, position etc meaning you WILL actually use the one stand in lots of different ways rather than being put off with all the perceived effort and actual physical hassle of having to adjust it again and again every day (honestly, who can be bothered??)The brand have a really good video uploaded in the product section, showing how easy it is to adjust and it really IS as effortless as the model makes it look. The stand has a nice weighty base and feels sturdy at all heights, the clip is super secure (even with a tablet in a 90 degree angle for flat lay photography) and it looks beautiful (nice curves and a soft white colour with a fingerprint resistant finish all over). There’s no smell of metal or any yucky feeling on your hands, each time you adjust the stand either.I am SO impressed, this might actually be my favourite purchase this year; it was also money very well spent - and I say this, even though it was over budget for what I had in mind for a “floor stand” (obviously irrelevant now because of all the money I’ve saved by not having to buy all the other device holders!) - honestly, it's brill.

What a great tablet holder for home or office. Sturdy and easy to collapse and store away. Great beside the bed for watching tv etc or even in the bath!

This is a really good stand with a suprisingly weighty base that's even my 2 year old hasn't managed to break yet. It fits pretty much any phone or tablet as long as it's not too chunky, but the grip has a decent amount of grip to it so as long as it can grasp whatever you're putting in it will hold it just fine. The grip arms extend out to hold phones horizontally, but the head also rotates 360 degrees so it'll manage in any orientation.The arm is metal and really tough, with a joint about 3/4 of the way up which allows for a high degree of flexibility about how you position the head.My only gripe with this is that the arm is attached to the base with a hinge joint so you can fold it flat, this in itself is a good design. What bothers me is that in order to secure the hinge in a standing position you screw down this sleeve over the joint, and the sleeve is just plastic. The arm and joint are both metal, the base is ceramic or some heavy duty plastic, and the thing holding them all together at the only point on the whole unit that could actually break is just plastic. If this sleeve breaks then the whole thing will become largely useless, as the arm won't stay upright, especially with a phone or tablet in the mount.Otherwise though this is a great product, and I still highly recommend. Just be careful with the base of the arm!
