⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Product & Outstanding Customer ServiceI purchased the Waterdrop Mega Instant Electric Water Filter Jug (6L), but unfortunately the first unit I received was not working. I contacted Waterdrop customer support Executive Harper,and I was very impressed with their response. They issued a replacement unit very quickly, and on top of that, they included two extra filters absolutely free.The new unit works perfectly. The water tastes clean, fresh, and clear, with no bad smell or chlorine taste. It gives real confidence knowing it helps reduce lead, mercury, PFAS, PFOA/PFOS, and other impurities.The product itself is very useful for daily use, and the customer service is excellent, fast, and professional. Because of both the product quality and the support I received, I strongly recommend Waterdrop to anyone looking for a reliable water filter system.

This would have got five stars but the cartridges are quite wide so if you have small hands you can't pull it out to change it because you have to squeeze the sides.Other than that, great machine. Very easy to use and no drip.

After using a Brita Flow for the last 2 years decided to have a change and I’m so glad I did. Buying this and 3 xtra filters this will give me clean water for nearly a year, very comparable to the filter for the Brita. The Waterdrop Mega filters on delivery and a lot quicker than the former, no drip drips from the nozzle so no mess, a great extra is the auto cut out so no floods either. Well worth the investment and a 5 star product!!!!!

Have been using this water filter for a number of months and has performed flawlessly. Would highly recommend. I think the filters life use is cut short too soon though, so I double up on the life span of the filters. With no adverse issues.

**Updating to 3 stars as Waterdrop reached out to me to ask how they could rectify my issue. Great to deal with and provided a full refund.**Had this for almost 3 months. I bought this as the filters are advertised as up to 90 days. I have hard water and the filter probably lasted a month at the most. Again, I have very hard water. The electric pump is a great idea, however, its very slow and has a loud whine when in use. The battery is great, I've only had to charge it once in the 3 months I've owned it. This is a great product for those who dont mind waiting for a slow pour. The filtered water is probably the best we have tasted compared to other manufacturers.However, I have now switched back to the manual Brita system that I didn't get rid of, just incase. The Brita is far more convenient, its faster to dispense and quiet. The filter has to be changed every 2 weeks due to the hardness of the water in my area but I'm too impatient to wait for the slow dispense of the Waterdrop.All in all, the waterdrop is a great product if you can wait for the pour. The filter is fantastic, I use waterdrops filters for my coffee machine and will continue to do so.

Better understanding and timely reply for our queries and product support requests. About the product, i don't know the life of water filter, ma be that’s depends on our usage. But easiness of the product and quality of purified water is super good.

Estoy encantada con ella💝. Por fin, un agua del grifo sin ese olor a cloro. Compré la de 6 litros, porque bebemos bastante y por lo de que los filtros, duran 3 meses. Pero eso, depende del agua. En mi zona, en otro pueblo cercano, a una amiga, le duraban los filtros 15 días( pero otra jarra, no esta marca). Aquí hay muchísima cal. Mi vecino bebe directo de grifo y está sano, y yo con piedritas en riñón bebiendo embotellada🤣🤣🤣💃.Pero, el ahorro de botellas, viajes y plástico contaminante, no tiene precio. Me gusta mucho el sabor y noto que me sienta muy bien. Realmente, nos hinchamos a microplásticos....

Ich bin wirklich hellauf begeistert von diesem Gerät. Schon nach den ersten Tagen war klar: Das war eine der besten Entscheidungen für unseren Haushalt. Der Wassergeschmack hat sich komplett verändert – endlich weich, frisch und absolut sauber. Man merkt richtig, wie viel „Müll“ vorher im Leitungswasser war.Das Schönste daran: Die ganze Familie profitiert davon.Unsere Kinder trinken plötzlich viel lieber Wasser, weil es einfach besser schmeckt. Auch beim Kochen, Kaffee und Tee merkt man einen deutlichen Unterschied. Alles wirkt klarer, reiner und irgendwie „leichter“.Besonders beeindruckt mich, wie zuverlässig das Wasser gereinigt wird. Mi sto trovando molto bene , acquistata in un momento che avevo problemi ad utilizzare un braccio per un intervento, schiacciavo il bottone e via , quindi senza sforzi ( nonostante avessi già un depuratore con rubinetto ma non riuscivo ed era poco pratico con una mano sola a disposizione)naturalmente un po più lenta l’erogazione rispetto al depuratore con rubinetto ma comunque molto funzionale, ti avvisa quando c’è da cambiare il filtro oppure da ricaricare la batteria anche se ha davvero una lunga durata… ora che il braccio va meglio ho optato per portarla in taverna così da evitarmi le scale di continuo per riempire pentole oppure bottiglie.. per quanto riguarda il sapore dell’ acqua e’ diverso da quello che ho a rubinetto infatti all’inizio non ci trovavamo bene invece poi fatta l’abitudine non ci dispiace… davvero un ottimo prodotto lo consiglio

This is really nice water dispenser. Had the small one, it broke within 3 months, the water tank was not large enough. Should have bought the big one to begin with. Very happy with this purchase.
