Arrived and really enjoying. No problems so far and they seem good quality

I’ve not used Bands before. This is Well made at a good price. Provides a good home workout . Comes with a carry bag that’s handy .

Only used the yellow one so far for shoulder rehab. Seem very good quality so far.

Great resistance bands

Good strong bands, only using the lowest two at the moment for my physio.

These seem like a good piece of kit. Only used twice so I can’t say much.

There is generally a good spread of resistance for these, what is in essence giant rubber bands, though the lighter 2 bands seem a bit pointless to me, would be better to drop the bottom one and have one harder. They come with a card with some suggested excercises on, a storage bag (which feels a bit cheap) and a door strap. Each band is individually wrapped in plastic (single use) so that is a major disappointment. But they all have a very slight rubbery smell, so I can see why. The smell isnt enough to stop use or too noticeable in use, and I suspect it will fade over time, but its a little off-putting, but not as bad as some rubber items to me. Can leave the smell on warm hands too, so wash them after. I havent tried but maybe a wash and dry in mild soap would help the bands? They come with a nylon storage bag, and also some foam roll sewn onto a strap, but this is not mentioned at all in the instructions but from the listing pictures its to attach the bands to a door. I think given the slight smell, over-use of plastic packing, cheaply made sotrage bag and that they are basically just giant elastic bands, the price of £31 (jan 24) is not good value for money in my view. I would think more like £20-22 at this time would be better value.
