why is there no magnesium in these? I mean the mineral needed daily, ideally chelated magesium, not the filler sterate?

O.N.E. Multivitamin is a comprehensive 1 capsule serving, however it does not contain all nutrients typically found in a multivitamin/mineral with multiple capsule serving. Vitamin C, Magnesium, and Calcium are large molecules, and would require multiple capsule servings if added in a multivitamin/mineral. O.N.E. Multivitamin contains a small amount of vitamin C, and does not contain magnesium or calcium. The capsule is also the largest size Pure Encapsulations uses (size 00) to fit the nutrients into 1 capsule. Pure Encapsulations offers vitamin C, magnesium, and calcium separately if your nutritional needs require so.

Does anyone know if once opened how long you can keep them for and are they meant to be just yellow in colour?... mine have dark flecks in them!

Each of the raw materials used to manufacture this product and the finished good are tested to make sure they meet specifications, regardless of slight color variations.
