Didn't work , wish I hadn't wasted my money

These are helpful for children who find it difficult for getting to sleep, whilst keeping a good routine at bedtime, keep screen time at a minimum also. Sleep quality is good. Ease of use, good, either chew or wait to dissolve in the mouth. Good taste, my child likes them, no apparent smaell

Not so potent

Have used these for some time now, sometimes they work sometimes they don’t. I just opened my recent tub and they’re completely different to the old ones. They’re larger, darker and have a strong scent. What has changed ?

My daughter has ADHD and bedtime used to be absolute chaos, she’d still be bouncing off the walls late into the night, sometimes literally doing handstands in her room when the rest of us were ready for sleep. Since starting these gummies, things have completely changed. She still has all her energy during the day, but when it’s time for bed she actually winds down and falls asleep without hours of fidgeting and chatter. They taste good (so she’s happy to take them), and just one gummy does the trick. They’ve honestly turned bedtime from a nightly marathon into something calm and manageable. I finally get to enjoy a quiet evening without wondering what acrobatics are happening upstairs!

I would suggest these worked for a while for my daughter who is currently awaiting an autism assessment but not a long term fix for sleep issues.

Bought these for my 14yr old son, they definitely dont work for him, he says they actually make him feel more awake. Won't buy again
