Sportneer Water Weights Aquatic Exercise Dumbbells Water Dumbbell Aerobics Workouts Set of 2 EVA Foam Pool Weights Dumbbells Set Aqua Fitness Barbells Equipment for Water Aerobics Weight Loss

I’m new to using aquatic exercise equipment, and these Sportneer Water Weights have been a fantastic introduction. They’re lightweight out of the water but provide excellent resistance once submerged, making them perfect for strength training in the pool without feeling overwhelming.I also really appreciate how comfortable they are to hold—no slipping, no awkward grip, and they don’t dig into my hands during longer workouts. As someone just starting with pool exercises, I was nervous about whether I’d actually use them regularly, but these have made my sessions enjoyable and effective. If you’re a beginner to aquatic fitness or just looking for a simple way to add resistance to your pool workouts, I highly recommend these. They’re comfortable, easy to use, and deliver a great workout.

Easy to assemble and great to use at water aerobics class! Easy grip handles.

Great quality - durable. Did not get waterlogged like some other (more expensive) brands I tried. The grip is great and the additional band provides for easier, more comfortable grip for various exercises. The weight was super light yet provided a lot of resistance when using under water. Bought two sets with different colors so kids wouldn't use mine as pool toys. Great purchase!

Love love love these.

Love these for my aqua aerobics class. Very light to carry, great resistance in the water. Would have rated 5 if they were a bit smaller/streamlined in size.

Don’t let the weight of these fool you when you take them out of the box lol I got these to start water aerobics in my private backyard pool and let me tell you, this beats the gym. Any day! There is a sheet included in the box that gives you ideas on specific exercises And there’s also a nice band at the handles that you can easily slip your feet in to work on your legs. If you want, adjusted resistance, simply move to the deeper end or the lower end whatever you decide you wanna work on for your arms. There’s 1000 different ways that you can use these for exercise in your pool and I look forward to trying as many as I can. The size is great as it’s not too long or too short. They were easy to snap together and I have a salt pool and I left them in the pool by accident for a long weekend away and I have no corrosion issues. Please provide great resistance and weight training, especially if you’re looking to tone up your arms!

Easy to put together. Yes, minor assembly required. You don't have to add the straps. I did just to try them, and I do like them. There is the option to remove them if you try them and do not like the straps. Regardless, perfect for me. Gives great resistance. I like having my own equipment. Never did before. Reasonably priced - variety of colors available. So far just as advertised. So glad I finally took the plunge. I run my belt strap thru the handle and makes transport so easy.

So was in the pool yesterday and used these oooohhh my goodness I absolutely love these !! You can totally feel the workout in your arms today !! They are soo light and perfect. You would never ever feel like you are working out under the water but these guys are soo amazing. I can not wait to see the muscle built in my arms by the end of summer !!
