We ordered this fan for our outdoor deck pergola. This will be our 2nd summer with it and it's doing excellently. Installation was simple with no fancy or expensive wiring - just hang it where you want and connect to an extension cord & outside rated outlet. The remote control is a handy device, it's quiet & the light is nice if we need it. Despite its size it provides a great breeze & excellent air circulation, especially for those hot days or evening alone or with company.

Really a nice outdoor fan. Easy to install but does not work right. It goes back on after you shut it off, it appears the remote may be defective. Contacted the company, they were quick to resolve the problem. The fan fits beautifully in my gazebo and provides 6 speeds or air and a great light. The price also was better than expected. I would buy it again.

This is a nice quality piece and the ease of installation took literally no more than 5 minutes because our pergola has a hanging hook so no need to use the included hardware. The remote control is a nice feature and so is the light. I also love the color and the fact that the cord is long enough that we don't need an extension cord. I'm so disappointed that I have to return it. The problem is that the fan blades are too small. Therefore, you can only feel the air if you are directly under the fan. The air does not spread out over the area like with larger fan blades. I tried hard to find a way to make it work but there's just not enough airflow to justify keeping it. Edit: I changed my rating from 2 to 4 stars because we were able to use the second hanging bar, (the 6 inch) in addition to the 10 inch bar. This gave the total drop length about 20 inches. Lowering the fan closer to the floor allowed for more airflow...meaning we could actually feel it while sitting in the area. There is still plenty of head room as our pergola is quite tall at the center point where the fan hangs. So we are keeping it.

Fan was very easy to put up and works surprisingly well for it's size. Very quiet and the remote control is excellent. I did not put the "glass" lampshade on good enough and it fell out and broke. They are sending me a new one free of charge even though it was my mistake. So before you hang it make sure that the lampshade is screwed in good. Nice long cord with no power block to deal with. The light on it is very bright but I also did not have the lampshade on it. I highly recommend this fan!

I splurged a bit when buying this fan because I’m a menopausal woman who is always hot and I want to enjoy my backyard gazebo in warmer weather. Unfortunately it’s been really disappointing. It’s just not worth the price. It looks great, was easy to install and is very quiet. Seems well made. The bad part is that, even on the highest speed, you can only feel the breeze when you’re directly below the fan. In addition , I bought this 2 weeks ago and now Amazon is selling it with a $50 coupon. Even if I had bought it at the reduced price, I still don’t think it’d be worth the money. This fan doesn’t do much fanning. The light is also super bright which is unpleasant when you’ve spent a relaxing evening under warm string lights and it blasts you with a spotlight when you accidentally turn the light on. I’m planning on returning it for something moves more air.

We hung this inside our 12x12 gazebo. Used it on a day that was about 85-90° and everyone was comfortable. The fan speeds are great. The light is not the brightest but we weren't looking for something to light up the yard, just the right amount to light up our q2x12 gazebo. Love the remote control. Our last light had to be plugged in and unplugged when not in use. I love that I don't have to unplugg it to turn it off. It was so easy to install and the product seems like Great quality for the money.

This fan is great. It comes with 2 extensions for the fan. I ended up using the longer one to maximize air flow in the gazebo. Very quiet, 3 different modes for the light and 6 fan speeds. I originally installed the fan and had questions about it and their customer service responded and told me to use the longer extension. Great fan great customer service.

I bought 2 of these, after getting the first one I realized 2 is a must. Put these directly over the chairs for a cool sitting area. One doesn’t cut it. They come with remotes that I mounted inside. Easy to install and hang up. Very happy with them. Comes with two options for hanging, I went with the longer one and both have the clamp and mounting hardware. The eye bolts I bought separate but are easy to put in.

This is a great fan, a little pricey, but you pay for very good quality and would highly recommend. Make sure you buy the size required for the area you want covered. The six speeds, light and reverse option is great to have. Nice long cord. Very silent... just hear the wind when cranked on setting number 6. Will buy more in the future.

Hung this in my room for indoor use as I don’t have wiring in my ceiling for w traditional light fixture. The light is very bright for indoor use but I don’t use it often - I wanted the fan for circulation of cool air in the summer and warm in winter. I love the reverse option and many speeds to choose from. Easy to install myself and runs very quiet. So far, I am very happy with it

We were hoping this fan would work outside in the gazebo for the times when there is no breeze. It definitely works. What surprised us the most is how easy it was to install. We loved the 16' cord too. It offered 2 down bars, a 6" and a 10". The 10" was perfect. When the fan is on high, NO wobble! Highly recommend!

Very quiet fan, extremely easy to install, and seems well built. However, it does not produce the airflow of a 20” fan…because it’s not. The size of the cage fixture may be 20”, but the actual blades are 5” (see picture). The 20” Fan description is very misleading. It is over-priced for what you’re getting; the equivalent of a 14” fan.
