4K Full-Color Night Vision Goggles Binoculars, Focusable IR, Silver

Very high tech night vision goggles can be as expensive as $6,000 dollars. These particular night vision binoculars (under review in this text), I would personally classify as somewhere in the range of mid-grade, and for the price; they are rather excellent. The item can either run on 8 double A batteries (either standard or rechargeable), or a variety of different power banks. These are actually pretty solid binoculars with excellent (1080p/HD) visuals, requiring a manual focus plus a digital zoom, so rechargeable batteries are going to deplete themselves in an extremely quick fashion. The best bet is to get a 15 to 100 dollars power bank in addition to the binoculars, although you really only need a power bank that's around approximately $30 dollars for the binoculars to go for a long time. When all is said and done; you may have to spend a grand total of around $230 to $260 dollars on these binoculars if you want a decent $30 dollar power bank, which is a solid deal for mid-grade night vision binoculars. Yes these binoculars operate in the daytime, as mentioned earlier, with excellent visual quality. Yes you can take both photo's and videos, and the binoculars come with a memory chip. If you operate the binoculars on the 8 double A batteries, they have a set viewing range and the IR (infra red) night vision quality only enhances to IR5. The higher the IR, the better the night vision quality. With an extremely cheap power bank (around $17 bucks or so) you can enhance the viewing range, and the IR goes up to 7; although I would recommend a $30 dollar power bank, as they are OUTSTANDING for the price, and will let the binoculars go for a long time. Some very cheap night vision binoculars may require a little bit of ambient light next to the goggles in order to see clearly in night vision mode, whereas these binoculars operate ABSOLUTELY FLAWLESSLY in 100% pitch black darkness, and the night vision effect is GREY; not green like you'd see in some military video games. Don't let the "experts" fool you into thinking mid-grade night vision binoculars like this are bad, because for the price; they are very solid (if you buy a cheap power bank, that of which is not included). Rechargeable double A batteries may be good as a back up, but you could potentially spend 40 plus dollars on the batteries and a charger, and for the price, you might as well just have 2 or 3 decent grade power banks, to be honest. I originally tested these binoculars with regular set of double A batteries (non-rechargeable) and burned through them in something like less than a day or two. Again: If you get a mid-grade $30 dollar power bank with these, you are good to go, and these are actually very solid night vision binoculars for the price. Don't expect seven thousand dollar military grade night vision goggles for two hundred and something dollars.

I bought this primarily for viewing wildlife in my yard and neighboring woods at night. I have glimpsed owls and raccoons at the very least out there and would love to be able to watch these critters. I have not seen any animals yet with these binoculars, but I have taken them out a couple of nights so far. The picture quality is great, the screen is clear (with a little focusing) and easy to use. It is bright and clear just in the ambient night lighting even without the IR, but the IR definitely works and lights up everything even more. You can narrow or widen the IR beam to increase usable distance or decrease distance but widen the field of illumination. Note that when the IR beam is set to maximum distance it only shows as a circle of illuminated viewing on the screen with the outer edges of vision not lit up... when you widen the beam and shorten the viewing distance the illumination fills the entire field of view. So far for my needs a shorter/wider beam has been sufficient. The unexpected downside is that so far it is not working well through my home's windows. I was hoping I could stand inside and look out my windows at night but this is not working. The glass is doing something, reflecting/refracting the light or something, or possibly the screen, making just a bright blurry image. Can't say if everyone will have this problem or not, just something to keep in mind if, like me, you're wanting to gaze out your windows. But given that the nature of the device is for outdoor usage I am not really considering this a negative. All in all I have been impressed with the unit. The only real, slight, knock against it to me is that it has a bit of mass to it and I do get tired of holding it up to my face after a bit. But that does not take away from my enjoyment of it, seems like a good solid device.

First off I only paid 220$ for these NV binoculars. I read several reviews about how the quality is poor but for the price point I think they are very good. The focus will get a little soft when zoomed in so don't expect much once zooming reaches maximum. I think the un-zoomed vision works fine and I can see very well up to 100ft or so. The Night Vision light is very powerful on full power. I could easily see 100 yards away with no problems. The batteries I am using are Duracell and they have been going for about 4 hours total so far. If you are planning to use this for utility purposes I would definitely consider purchasing rechargeable batteries. I am going to replace the batteries to rechargeable once these go dark. For the price point the only real issue for me is the fully zoomed softness. I see others complain about the screen brightness in total darkness. I have set the brightness to minimum and it is not too bright for me at all. Yes you can see the NV glow on the front on full power but if your object is more than 50ft away or more I would say you'd be hard pressed to see it. Now if its totally pitch black dark and your object is looking back at your with an accessory then they may see you but for most applications the NV light is barely visible. On the lowest setting which is good for 100ft or so I cannot see the NV light glow out past 10ft in front of me. I give it 4 stars for the softness on the fully zoomed position. The capture features work fine for the price point. I would purchase again for the same price as they do work as advertised.

When I got the binoculars out of the box, I wanted to use them right away and got frustrated. Take a moment and read the quick-start instructions. You'll likely be glad you did. I missed that I needed to swing the infra-red filter off in order to see properly. Once I moved that, they worked great. It really is startling when you get them going. Night vision is always something that was for movies, but to see my own property and buildings in nightvision is pretty cool. The image is really clear. There are easy to toggle settings for the intensity of the IR too so you can have things glow somewhat, more or a lot depending on the ambient light and how close the object is. These seem primarily designed to look at objects, like animals or houses or vehicles or nature. These are less for looking at wide vistas or large fields of view. These are most effective for looking at actual things that will bounce back the infra red. I like that there is a memory card that comes pre-installed too. You can be looking at something and click a record button and either take photos of a still of whatever you are looking at. If they make it off your deck, you are gonna want to be careful with them. I am not saying they feel cheap or flimsy, but it isn't a military hardened shell either. It comes with a great case and I just put them in that and toss them in my backpack, no problem. I wouldnt want to drop them uncased from a deer stand though. I'd recommend these to a friend for sure. A great opportunity to get somethng night vision for not a lot of money.

These are really cool pair of night vision goggles that are pretty much like a giant rangefinder and video camera all in one. The screen gives you a nice clear picture even in bright light conditions. This is a really nice feature if you are not used to using binoculars. Now the real huge bonus of this unit is the fact that it gives you a really nice clear picture at night. This is one of the clearest night vision cameras I have used. You can adjust the settings from low light to pitch black. The detail is really impressive and it’s great for hunting or video surveillance. You get a 20X optical zoom and 6hrs off the battery so you are set for the night. You can use up to a 32G storage card so order that as well so you can use it right out of the box. The unit construction itself is really durable and should have no problem holding up in the field. So far it’s been working out great and it’s a really nice video camera for the price. The night vision option alone is worth the price.

After owning this unit for five years, I can say it definitely has good pros and bad cons. Pros: •Night vision mode (IR) is decent. It won’t blow your socks off, but better than nothing. It is a visible IR signature, so anyone looking back at you will see the red light. •Picture and Video quality is good. However, it falls short of current smartphone camera capabilities. Worth Noting: •As others have stated, this things eats batteries for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I decided to purchase a 32,000mah battery pack and attach it to the bottom of the unit. Since then, I have never run out of juice, even with heavy use and sitting long periods of time without use. It will make the unit heavy and I would recommend using a neck strap/sling. Cons: •It is heavy (especially with the added battery pack) •Build quality is decent with respect to the price, but a couple of the bottom dials are starting to work themselves loose after five years. •Buttons are not very intuitive and I sometimes fumble with them in low light/night time. Conclusion: Would I buy this unit again? No. If you truly want a good night vision system, be prepared to spend a couple grand. I don’t mind having this for a back up unit, but I would save a little more and buy a quality true night vision system. If you’re just looking for something fun to dink around with, probably not a bad choice. If you want a more true night vision experience, spend a little more and get a better product.

I bought these as a gift for a close relative who loves to hike and birdwatch. She usually would lug her digital camera with all the different lenses when hiking/birding. We talked about how great it would be to have binoculars that were capable of taking pictures, video, and sound. Not only that but also able to work at night when she would go "owling"! So now she has them and is very happy. The build quality, small size, and great visuals were noted when she and her husband first handled them. They commented how much easier it will be to carry and use, especially with the great case they came with. Her husband figured out how to use the binoculars and various features without even reading the manual as the controls are very intuitive and well placed. Then he taught her the functionality of the binoculars and she started using them immediately. She told me they are fantastic and have great vision and clarity with both video and pictures. She was also blown away by the nighttime capabilities. Now let us be clear, these are not military-grade night vision goggles nor a $2000 pair of Bushnell binoculars. Once you have realistic expectations for what they can and can not do, you'll find them to fit the bill for a number of applications.

These Nv goggles are awesome.the IR for short and long range are really good.these are so much better then the two pairs I had before..they are clear and the pics and videos are excellent.I was not expecting for them to be as good as they were to be honest?but once I got them out of package and started to use them?WOW!!!I couldn’t believe how much better they were and much more I could see versus the others and not to mention the price was great!you wouldn’t think that you could get a pair of NV goggles this good for that price!honestly if you were to use them first and guess how much they would cost??I would say just about everyone would guess 600 to 1200?but they would be shocked.great job VABSCE for making such a great pair of NV for a great price..Love these..And almost forgot they fit your hands perfect.not to bulky and they also come with a very nice case.the case keeps everything together and protects the NV very well from being damaged

They are Very easy to operate and have an impressive range. The night vision optical are very clear, I can actually count the number of deer in our back yard, 200 yards away.

What can I say?! Well, these are my first night vision binoculars, or rather MONOCULARS, and I have mixed bag of feelings towards it. GOOD Night vision is decent and you can sharpen easily whatever you are looking at it, but ... power bank can be obstacle. Body is solid quality, but ... buttons are loose or feel cheap. BAD BATTERIES are the MAIN problem here. I was using THREE lots of Panasonic NiMh 2700 FULLY CHARGED rechargeable batteries. First set worked 3 minutes, the second set didn't last at all, as binoculars didn't even had opening message. Third set had opening 'Welcome' message, after 3 seconds had 'Good bye' message and ... that was it 😢🤬 ... So, be prepared to have a LOT of batteries on hand, or I would suggest a POWERFUL power pack or two, as I've used and had no problems with power since. When you want to attach power bank to binoculars with a strap, power bank is loose, and the power cord gets in the way 😢 I agree with one comment about IR beam that is 'clearly not at the center like few other reviews, but once focus on far objects, the beam becomes fully covered.'
