This is so good. I love the way it fits and adjusts. A bonus is that it LOOKS good too when wearing it , which is a plus. It adds very nice pressure and support in a way that allows me to wear it much longer than others that I have had. I really like this one. Comfortable, easy to put on over or under clothes , good looking. I highly recommended this one !

This helped with my SPD pain during pregnancy (iykyk). I ordered a M based on reviews saying it ran big - it does not, I could definitely have used a small (my normal size) even at the end of my pregnancy. I don’t think it’s the best quality one out there as far as the Velcro strength and elastic durability, but good for the price - it worked for my third trimester.

This belt is light weight and the right size but the velcro is very weak and will not stay fastened after a short period of time.

This is a great belt for extra back support. I wear it for court sports. The straps that come around the front really allow a snug fit for a tight fit and the width is nice - not too wide and not too slim.

This are not made for people with fat rolls. Doctor told me I need to try belt. For the pain i had in back and down leg. Ads tells you how wonderful belt fits. So if u sit and u have a roll or two, belts and rolls don't like each other. Rolls making it tight leaving red indent on u skin. As for working no can't wear belts

Good belt but vekcrow sometimes does not grab?
