Dreadful Cooker and Defintely Not Non Stick
I own a slow cooker which I love and use at least 2 or 3 times a week however there are occasions when a meal needs to be prepared quickly and so after reading all the rave reviews and watching it demonstrated on television I thought that this Pressure Cooker seemed the perfect solution. Personally I didnt find the operating instructions all that easy to use but after about 20 mins got it going to pressure cook some minced beef . I was dissapointed to see that despite following the instructions to the letter the meat had not cooked through and was stuck firmly to the honeycombed pattern supposedly non stick steel pan, another 10 mins in the cooker completed the cooking of the meat but I was now left with a messy pan that despite numerous soakings, runs through the dishwasher and hand washing still has a stained and dirty looking interior after only one use. Undeterred I gave it another shot using a recipie from the pamphlet style recipie book that came with it, I chose a chicken leg recipie but was shocked to see that once again despite following the instructions the meat was not cooked still had blood in it when cut open and was stuck to the pan, again it had to be returned for further cooking to complete. I then tried to use the slow cooker function on it and discovered that this is a misnomer as it cooked a meal that would have taken 6 hours in my trusty old Morphy Richards slow cooker in just 2 hours, thankfully by now I had lost confidence in this cooker so had taken the precaution of checking the meat. I had intended to dispose of my aged slow cooker but am so glad now that I kept it as nothing sticks to it, it is a breeze to wash by hand or in the dishwasher, is cheap to use and looks almost as good as the day I bought it from Amazon 7 years ago. I can only assume by the rave reviews left here that I along with a few other reviewers have a rogue cooker that has poorer quality non stick steel than theirs. I certainly would not recomend this awful power pressure cooker and mine is now kept in the garage and is used to cook the dogs pet mince.

My first really good pressure cooker
I love this pressure cooker, I would of given 5 stars was it not for the fact that the food sticks to the bottom of the cooker. It would of been better, if the pot had been stainless steel instead of the not so, none stick surface. The first thing I cooked in it was Lasagne and boy was it good. I would recommend this, inspite of it sticking. Soaking gets the burnt off the bottom and scraping with thumbnail a bit. I even bought another one for my daughter.

Not as good as I thought in the beginning
I loved it in the beginning, was great , till I cooked soup, when taking steam out hot water/soup was coming out with steam, my kitchen and myself got covered by hot liquid, plus the inner pot got burned and couldn't clean it, very frustrating as thought was perfect .Had to return it .

It works!
What an excellent product! If you are in a quandary and wondering if it works, wonder no more. From my experience it damn well works!!! I cannot praise it highly enough! You can cook your whole evening meal in 40 minutes! You can cook virtually anything in it. And it has several functions including soups and stews, meat and keep warm.

Excellent pressure cooker
Arrived promptly was excited to be finally able to use my pressure cooker and was not disappointed, all the food cooked in it is ready in a shorter time and the meat cooked is always juicy and tender. I am very happy to have purchased this pressure cooker. I contacted the seller Tri-star about an additional pot and they replied within 24 hours to all my emails and days later I received an additional pot free of charge so thanks Tri-star for that.

This product is a pile of crap. I used it 5 times and it just stopped working. No lights no heat, nothing. I tried to send it back but they told me their isnt a return centre in the UK, and if their was, I would have to send payment for £12.00. to pay for return postageIv just taken it to the tip. If you buy this, you are asking for trouble. Buy one with an accredited UK brand. Thats what Im going to do.Totally dissapointed.
