A broken watch was sent to me that charges slowly, will not hold a charge, will not update, and now as I'm trying to return it, it won't even turn on so I can verify that it is totally wiped from the several days it was working...poorly. Also did not track any sleep. This watch was totally broken. Amazon didn't vett this "refurbished" product properly. Also, the bands were GLUED to the watch. Serious WTF.

**UPDATE** Returned. Was a store demo unit with memory/storage issues and leftover traces of a config app that made setup a nightmare and updates undoable. Defective and buggy AF. -------------------- Comes in a loose bag looking like it just came off the previous owners wrist. Zero documentation. Setup and connection to my Pixel phone is one issue after another. On startup I was prompted to download an oddly-named suspicious looking app that had nothing to do with Google or Pixel. It worked through setup and sync with my Pixel phone about 60% successfully. Kept telling me it could not connect via BT. Google Assistant would not work. Google Pay/Wallet threw an error that suggested the device was not secure or had been rooted? It has been spinning through an update/download process that I had to manually seek out for 90 minutes and then said it was paused until it charged to 90%. Bargain buyer remorse. Will be returning if this update does not work wonders.

About 6 months ago I ordered same brand and model of Google Pixel watch with no issues and I am well pleased with this product. However I surprised my wife with Google pixel watch for her. I received it last Friday and we have tried countless times to connect the watch to her pixel phone, we followed all prompts, trouble shooting and YouTube videos, but still unable to connect the device to her pixel phone. I Even tried to connect it to my phone and still the same issue. What's the best way to resolve this problem?

Good product but it's a beginner watch. Didn't do what I wanted

I bought two of these here and each one will not do updates. Google put me through a lot of hoops to prove this, and did offer to let me send them in at the end, but it's a lot of hassle for something 1st gen. Without updates they do function okay, and they look as nice as the Pixel Watch 2 I bought more recently.

Edit: I got a replacement and it came in the exact same condition. Looks clean and brand new especially for being "Refurbished". I have owned the Pixel Watch 1 for 4 years and it's still going strong and I have no issues. These watches are not the same spec or model as the consumer version. There is Image Retention on the screen when the brightness is up on both watches, the original and the replacement(you can see the ghosting of the old AOD from the model being on display. Another tell tell sign they are both a demo unit, the bands being glued on so people don't take them of the demo model. On top of that you can't update any apps or even update to Android 11 when the watches are on Android 15 now. The watch arrived with the band glued on. I understand the watch is refurbished but the bands are meant to be removable and replaceable. Watch was completely dead so I don't know if it works or hold a charge yet. The low rating is mainly for the bands being glued to the watch. I had to forcefully remove them to find the black adhesive. Now after my edit, and receiving the replacement, the Low Rating is because the seller is scamming people with a false item description and failure to inform that these are demo models. Will be getting a refund. I've included pictures of both Demo Model Watches, and my personal Consumer Model for comparison of the issues, you can see the Image Retention, the black adhesive where the band connects to the watch and the update issues.

I liked this better than I thought I would. Good design, quality and it inspired me to buy another model.

Desearía poder escribir una buena reseña sobre este reloj, porque en realidad es un buen producto sin embargo lo que no se específica es que es un producto demo pero no parece estar realmente reacondicionado. Al recibirlo de las primeras cosas que noté era que el reloj estaba bastante sucio y tenía una extraña capa de pegamento en la parte trasera y completamente descargada la batería. Ya con suficiente carga es muy notable el burn-in del la pantalla oled, sobre todo al ver imágenes claras lo cual es molesto. La batería no dura mucho, sin tanto uso a lo mucho 1 día y con la opción de pantalla siempre encendida unas cuantas horas. Tiene una versión instalada para desarrolladores de Junio del 2022, y es imposible actualizarlo, por ende no funciona Google Wallet y el NFC no sirve de nada. Es una verdadera lástima que Amazon venda estos relojes sin revisarlos sobre todo si están en su programa de Amazon renewed, porque definitivamente no es de calidad Excelente. Es un buen reloj pero con múltiples errores que no vale el precio que están pagando. Por lo menos del vendedor "Just Right!".

Se lo compré al vendedor go ahead! El reloj es bueno, pero la presentación es mala. El nivel de reacondicionamiento no es excelente y en la descripción del reloj no dicen la información real del reloj. El reloj es una versión de demostración para desarrolladores que no se puede actualizar, tiene 1Gb de RAM y 8Gb de almacenamiento de los cuales solo quedan libres menos de 800 Megas. De la presentación del reloj, lo envían sucio, con manchas como de pegamento, por suerte no fue difícil limpiarlo, las correas traían pegamento negro en las bases. La pantalla está “quemada", es decir, está manchada y se quedaron marcados los números, si usas un fondo oscuro no se nota mucho. La batería viene completamente descargada. El reloj viene empacado en una caja genérica, pero bien envuelto, incluye un cargador genérico nuevo. El problema es que al empacar el reloj no desmontaron las correas porque estaban pegadas, y la más larga se queda doblada. El reloj tiene buenas funciones, considero que es muy útil, lo devuelvo porque no tiene las características completas del pixel watch

No lo compren si el vendedor es "Just Right!", compre con el y me enviaron un producto con la pantalla quemada y que no se podia actualizar, era una version demo, por lo tanto no podia usar el Wallet ni varios servicios. Volvi a pedir pero con el vendedor "WHMX Shop" y ahí si venia impecable y si dejaba usarlo completamente.

Me llego sin funcionar, y con mala envoltura

lo tuve que devolver, por el precio es una ganga, en estetica no me pude quejar llego bien, sin arañazos, creo era uno de exibicion por que tenia pegamento en la base de donde le quitaron el dispositivo de seguridad y tenia la pantalla "quemada" o con efecto "Burn-in" el cual realmente no se nota a simple vista a menos que prendas la lampara, considero que es algo que no era grve y era pasable ya que no se aprecia a simple vista ni afecta el funcionamiento asi que si lo vas a comprar y te preocupa que tenga esto puedo decir que es irrelevante en especial por el precio, pero en mi caso no lo conserve por el problema de DURACION DE LA BATERIA de por si los dispositivos con android wear son famoaos por que no les dura la bateria este si activas todas las funciones no dura ni 10 horas de bateria, si quieres que dure 24 horas habia que desactivar todo, pero para cargarlo con todo desactivado es mejor cargar un reloj convencional que es a lo que queda reducido si desactivas todo, tal vez hay ususarios a los que no les interese la duracion de la bateria si es asi si es un gran dispositivo que no le pide nada a uno reciente, pero si eres como yo que viene de relojes huawei, xianomi u honor que las baterias duran varios dias o incluso semanas este dispositivo te va a decepcionar a los grande.
