Quality and ease of fitting
Absolutely first class quality, couldn't tell it apart from a mercedes original and at a fraction of the cost ,it fitted like a glove with all illuminations and buttons working as they should .I'm over the moon wit this product

Perfect replacement
This product was a perfect replacement for my broken original. I watched an online video, removed the original with a flat knife, and fitted the new one, in approx 10 mins. (non-technical female, 59 yrs). It works perfectly. I can only imagine what Mercedes would have charged.

Avoid - lasted less than 5 months before the rear 2 buttons broke away...
UPDATE - bought in April 26 - returned for a refund in August 26. Asked for a replacement but as a third party, seller wouldn't oblige. The rear two window controller broke within a weeks of each other.Very disappointed I have to return the broken unit for a refund, then buy a different item from a different brand, wait for it's arrival & then refit it...Avoid - not worth the hassle.£180.00 just for the part from Mercedes(!) This appears on first sight, indistinguishable from the OEM part.I watched a youtube video on how to replace it and had the old unit changed over in 20 minutes.Anyone who's not as cackhanded as me will have it done within 5 however ;-).Only been in a day so can't comment on durability but so far doing everything it should.UPDATE - Lasted less than 5 months before the two rear controllers broke meaning the rear windows couldn't be controlled from this unit - poor quality.
