I’m very impressed with this rechargeable flashlight. It produces an extremely bright beam, feels solid and well-built, and comes with everything needed to get started. The rechargeable battery lasts a long time, and the carrying case keeps all the accessories organized. It’s perfect for emergencies, camping, hiking, working on vehicles, or keeping around the house. The different lighting modes are useful, and the flashlight is comfortable to hold. Very bright! Three brightness modes, but I'd prefer if the dimmest mode were a little dimmer. I also wish it had the ability to switch directly into that dimmest mode. The brightest mode provides enough light that I mounted it on my handlebars, with a bungee cord, and used it as a bicycle headlight! The variable focus is nice, and with a substantial adjustment range. However, I've seen some variable-focus flashlights have a mechanism to lock the beam width, which this doesn't have. Construction feels solid, but it's a little heavier than I'd like. I sometimes go on walks in the evening and just put a flashlight in my pocket for when it gets dark enough that it's needed. I'm concerned this is going to feel a little heavier in my pockets than I'd like, particularly when it's hot and I'm just wearing gym shorts. So, I might look for a different model that's even smaller. I think what really earns it the 5th star is the price. As it includes a substantial Lithium Ion battery and [i]also[/i] gives you the option use AAA, the value for money seems very strong. Another bonus is how you can use it as a USB power source! Update: I recently bought a spare 26650 cell for this. Although the included batter isn't labelled, that seemed to be what it is and the 7000 mAh spare I bought worked perfectly, in spite of actually being 69 mm long! I had naively assumed all 26650 batteries would be the same dimensions. Also, I successfully charged it in the flashlight and I've charged the flashlight's included battery in a standard Li-ion battery charger.

For 19$ this is a lot of flashlight. It is amazing bright with a super tight spot out to 100 yards +++ to a floodlight up close. And get this it will charge your phone. Well that’s it I talked myself into another one. Randy S

I had an Anker flashlight that I loved until I lost it. It appears that Anker has discontinued making them. In my search for a replacement, I found this one. So far so good! I use a flashlight daily for early morning or late night walks and so far I really like this one PROS: Very bright. While the LUMEN claims are exaggerated, this light puts out a very bright beam that is adjustable. It will flood your yard with light or can be adjusted to be a spotlight that will easily hit a target 100+ yards away. The construction feels solid. It tells you how much charge is left, so no more wondering if your light is about to go dead. It has features such as a stroke light and SOS function. It gets warm but not excessively hot. It is rechargeable but also comes with regular batteries and can be powered by either. I prefer a circular beam pattern to the square ones and this one is circular. CONS: To turn it off you must cycle through all 5 settings. That's a nuisance but not a deal breaker for me. UNKNOWN: Durability. I've only had the light for a day and have used it on my morning and night walk, so I have no idea how it will hold up over time. The construction feels solid but you never know if a lights internal components will hold up until you own it a while. OVERALL: I am pleased with my purchase and at less than $20 I love the price! It more than meets my needs.

Use case-:I need a compact flashlight to search my hardwood floors for dog pee. Also using it as a nightstand flashlight for emergency. Pros - * EXTREMELY bright * Adjustable brightness and telescoping lens * Very solid and sturdy construction. It just feels well built. * Adaptive - comes setup as a rechargeable unit you can just plug into a cell phone charger. However, it comes with the adapter to change over to using AAA's. For emergencies, this is a game changer. Granted I just got this light, but unless it just randomly falls apart, I recommend this for anyone looking for a lightweight yet bright flashlight. (Will update if anything above changes)

Value for money and good Quality

great flashlight. super dang bright! I use it on my walks at each night, usually on mode 2. Don’t even need to the brightest settings to be honest! Each 30 minute walk usually drains about 8-10%. So a full charge can last me about a week & a half or so at that setting. I’m sure if I had it on the brightest, i’d still get a good 5 days out of it. Also like that it’s not that big to carry! Def recommend.
