This does not look like what is pictured on Amazon's page. The powder itself looks good but the page shows a jar full to the top with powder - mine was slightly more than half full volume-wise. Not a deal breaker because the advertised 4LB of powder is right on. My kitchen scale puts it at 4.4LB and I'm taking that extra .4LB as the jar itself.I tried some right away making my daily chocolate fruit smoothie shake and it came through just like the Hershey's Special Dark Dutch Cocoa I've been using. So far, so good.When I opened the Amazon delivery box it had some cocoa powder scattered inside, so I took the lid off the jar and saw the seal had popped. The seal is like the stiff foil seal with tangs that fold over the lip of the jar - like some mayonnaise jars. Almost no powder leaked out - just enough to lightly dust the inside of the box.See 2 photos :

I use this cocoa for my sugar free cocoa drink and it is the best cocoa I've found! I use 1 tablespoon cocoa, fill the mug 2/3 full of hot water, mix, and add a little milk. Works great for baking as well, just make sure you know the difference between dutch processed and not.

I've now ordered this product three different times and all three times it came in half empty and the inside seal was open. I would definitely not recommend it because you can't return it and I've just wasted a lot of money

taste is great it's a little richer taste than I'm use to but I really like it. love the big container I will reuse it for something when it's empty.

Great size for commercial home baker. Good flavor.

The container is now half full after having it a few months. Cocoa is good, though.
