Best probiotic I’ve tried.

Good probiotics, they help with digestion but are a little pricey. I will say they seem to work better than the less expensive ones so they are witha little extra.

I’ve purchased this several times now, it works good. It helps reduce bloating and allows me to eat foods that are high in sulphur, without getting negative side effects. Also I like the blister packaging. I will continue to use it as long as they don’t raise the price. Please note, the optimum time of day to take a probiotic is 30 mins before a meal on a empty stomach
