It does not work!!!

DOES NOT WORK, IT JUST DELIVERS 5V. I replaced the first one since it did not work, it measured 5V output, replaced it and the second had the same problem stay away from this brand/vendor. No able to power the Nikon Z30 camera since the product only delivers 5V vs. the 7.8v that is needed (the products says it delivers 7.4v-8.4v).
