Works great swimming under water! I use it in the pool and the shower. Excellent battery life. I charge it about once a week, and fast charges in about an hour. Tracks my heart rate, 02, stress, steps/workout, sleep, syncs phone notifications/texts, and of course shows the date/time. Cannot track blood pressure. The sleep tracker needs some improvement. Otherwise I love this watch and it's exactly what I needed and was expecting.

This watch is honestly almost perfect. Literally like a 9/10. The design is sleek, the watch face is not too big for my tiny wrist, has a vibrant and attractive display, and the watch band is really nice and soft! I had a fit bit charge 4 before this one and it finally quit on me. I wanted a low budget option because I haven't been consistent and don't have 300 dollars to waste for it to sit around if I end up not staying consistent. For 50 dollars this beauty fits nearly all my needs. Paired to my samsung phone immediately when I pulled it out of the box. Super easy to set up, and tons of different ways to customize the watch face. Have I mentioned its so pretty?? I don't typically wear a watch but I wanted the health metrics to track my heart rate and steps. This is one of two mild caveats. It doesn't actively track your heart rate. Every couple minutes or so it pings your heart rate to get more of a time line than a live feed. No worries, it pings often enough you get a good idea. Only mildly sucks because I use the live feed heart rate monitor to help clue me in to if I might have a panic attack or if I'm overreacting. Another thing. I have been using google health to track my calories and set specific goals for some of my macros I'm trying to hit. Unfortunately, the samsung health app doesn't get this specific and just gives you the suggested daily intake as a metric rather than letting you set your own. What sucks more is that these two apps don't sync with each other. So now I have 2 seperate apps to track my health. All in all. Its really a fantastic little gadget. For $50 I would 10000% buy it again if they came out with a newer version. Will update again after I've had it a few weeks.

I just received my watch today 2/15 it came fast as promised. I can already say that I like the watch. The color, it was easy to setup and pair to my S24 Ultra with no problems. It's slim, sleek, and cute on my wrist. When I got the watch it was already at 76% I used my phone to charge it to 100% I love the different functions the watch offers. You can adjust the brightness to your liking. In will update on the battery life after a week. It has many different options face changes for the watch and it's easy to read. And for the price it's really affordable. I'm not disappointed at all about purchasing this watch. I'm a HUGE FAN of Samsung products. Update 2/17 - I wanted to vive an update after me having the watch since Sunday afternoon 2/15. The battery life does not live up to as it is advertised for 13 days. You'll probably get about 4 or maybe 5 days at best. Right now as I'm updating my review on this watch I'm at 39% and it's Tuesday evening 2/17 so I know maybe tomorrow I'll have to charge it. The accuracy of the sleep tracker is good. In the Samsung Health App it gives a breakdown of how many hours you slept, if you snoring it records your snoring and you can hear yourself snore. On "smart thing" samsung app it shows you where your watch is or you can go under the wear app and click on "find my band" and it'll take you right to the "smart things" app and it'll show you where your watch is located. Overall I'm satisfied with the watch. So many features. I changed my 5 star to 4 due to the misinformation on the battery life. Would I recommend it to someone that's looking for just a "fitness" app I definitely would. I how the review helps the next purchaser. 3/07/26 UPDATE: The charge on the battery last 6 days. I tracked how long the battery would last without notifications. I charged it last Sunday (afternoon) & this morning 3/07 it was at 3%. Another cool feature that I came across. The walking feature has a voice commentary that tells you how far you been walking, the length of time it comes on when you reach your 1st mile in thought that was cool that it actually talks to you.

Arrived quicker than scheduled so that was a nice surprise. I love the soft pink color and I also like the larger screen. My last fitness tracker was smaller screen. This looks similar to a well known expensive brand watch. I just got it today and got right to programming it so I could start wearing it. I can't rate it on durability or accuracy yet but I sure hope it will be more reliable than my last fitness tracker which I won't mention the brand. I like the brightness of the screen which I find easier to read outdoors. UPDATE: Samsung Galaxy Fit 3 (2024) review continued: I'm quite pleased with this item as it seems to actually work each day! Imagine a fitness tracker that actually works and doesn't randomly stop mid day!! Another plus that I discovered by accident is my watch reminds me when I'm out of range of my phone. This helps me to remember to not leave my phone behind if I'm working outside or over at my son's house. I have gotten home and realized an hour later that my phone isn't in my bag. This watch vibrates right away when the phone isn't in range. As an older person this is a help for me. I want to have my phone nearby in case I have a medical issue. I also love the bigger screen and the watch is very responsive which was another frustration with my last fitness tracker. I love the long charge battery life. I doubt I'll ever go back to my prior fitness tracker as it was so maddening to NOT be able to figure out the issues and sometimes it would "wake up" and start working again. This Samsung Galaxy Fit 3 is easy to wear and provides the health tracking numbers that matter to me. Thumbs up.

My wife is not a complete Luddite, but neither is she a techie. She seemed content with her Seiko quartz watch with an analog dial, but frankly I got tired of having to manually reset the time every time we transitioned between daylight savings and standard time. I decided it was time to bring my wife fully into the 21st Century, so I started looking for a Smartwatch for her. I wasn't looking to spend a lot, recognizing that she might hate it, so I searched for something with a price below $100. I did not want to waste time with no-name brands and my wife absolutely hates generic anything. Having enjoyed my Galaxy Watch 5 for the past couple years, I decided to see what Samsung offered at the lower end of their range and that led me to the Fit 3. Wow! A no-kidding Samsung watch for less than $50??!!! I read the reviews and the one that really caught my attention called the Fit 3 a "Fitbit Killer." That's pretty much all I needed to know. Before my Galaxy Watch 5, I had a Fitbit that died unexpectedly, which I have since learned is not at all uncommon. Between the general reliability of Samsung products, a reasonable array of features and the price, I figured this was a safe choice, so I pulled the trigger on the purchase. So far, so good but there are a few downsides with most Smartwatches. To be blunt, the watchbands generally suck. Some folks like the silicone bands but I hate them and knew my wife would too. So I bought a nice stainless-steel watchband that was compatible with the Fit 3 (you have to be careful about that since it doesn't use the typical pins to attach it to the watch). The other challenge I anticipated was getting an almost useless charging cable included with the watch. Sure enough, the cable that Samsung includes is only about 1.5ft long, but I had the foresight to buy a charging stand with a 3ft cable for about $14. I was a bit underwhelmed with what's available on Amazon that's compatible with the Fit 3, but the stand I bought will suffice and the good news with the Fit 3 is you don't need to charge it that often. As it turned out, my wife was pretty happy with her new Fit 3 and immediately started showing it off to our kids and other relatives, so I'll call that a win. I may get called in for tech support from time to time (as I do with her phone) but since I am very familiar with my Galaxy Watch 5, the Wear app and the Samsung Health app, that's no problem. Best of all, since it syncs with her phone, I'm done having to adjust the time on her watch (with a microscopic dial I can barely read) twice a year or more. Mission accomplished! So, if you are looking for a quality Smartwatch with basic features and not spending a lot, the Fit 3 is definitely worth a look.

Solid watch. If you need a daily wear watch that's affordable, and still tracks your basic fitness like steps, calories, and some basic workouts I'd grab one. It still tracks steps, calories, all the basics. I get plenty of sweat and water on it and haven't noticed an issue. Functions like a watch with a little bit of fitness. I definitely enjoy using it so I can keep my other watch free from damage. Would recommend having this one as a wear it to work if you're worried about a different one getting damaged.

I've had a long line of Fit Bits and when I found out Samsung has a non-smart watch tracker, I decided to give it a chance. (I don't want to pay smart watch prices.) Out of the box, the Fit 3 was in Spanish, but when I put it on the charger, it reverted to English. It stayed English until I got a new phone and had to reset the tracker in order to pair it with the new phone. The tracker reverted to Spanish and putting it on the charger did not change that this time. I pressed the top option on the device's screen and got to choose from a whole list of languages. I chose English, but this is where someone who wants another language will find it. The charge on this item is supposed to last up to 13 days. I've had this device for 3 months, and I got 6 days out of each charge (7 if I let the device die) for the first 2 months or so. Now, it last 4-5 days. I don't have the display always on and I don't consider my use of this device heavy by any means. 6 days is what I got out of my most recent Fitbit. My Fit 3 charges from 20% to 70% in about 20 minutes and to 100% in about an hour. The trick is to get the charger properly seated, because the first couple of times, I don't think it was on correctly, as I got the main display, not the charging percentage display, and it took about 2 hours to reach 100%. I wore the new Fit 3 side by side with my old Fitbit Charge 6 for 24+ hours to compare - 2 nights and one active day. The first night, the Fit 3 recorded 20 more minutes of sleep and the second night, the Fitbit recorded 20 more minutes. I don't know how either determines when I am asleep and not quietly reading, so I figure the results are comparable. The Fit 3, while behind on step count early in the day, ended the day with almost 1,500 more steps than the Fitbit. Both counted activity (cleaning, for instance), not just pure steps. I'm OK with this - I figure any movement is better than no movement. There are many more features that I don't use. I may in the future, but I'm happy with what I do use. I tried taking photos on my phone (also a Samsung) with my Fit 3 as a remote shutter button. I like that feature! Text notifications come to my Fit 3, but not all of them. When I am using my phone, notifications do not go to the tracker (I have found that this is the default and I can change it if desired). Group texts never do (they will go to my car, so I don’t know why they won't go to my Fit 3), and random regular texts don't. I found in the Health app where I can pick and choose which apps will send notifications. All told, I like this device. It’s not perfect, though. I miss the feature that Fitbit has that reminds me to move each hour. I'm now forced to choose between step count, floor count (I assume that means how many stairs I climb), or active hours. I like counting steps, so that's my main goal. I like seeing the hearts light up throughout the day as I get closer to my goals. I also have active minutes and active calories burned as goals, but I don’t care as much about those.

I picked up the pink one and it looks absolutely gorgeous on the wrist. The colour is a soft, subtle pink — not loud or plasticky at all — and the slim band sits really comfortably without feeling bulky. I've worn fitness trackers before that felt like a brick on my arm, but this one is so lightweight I genuinely forget I'm wearing it sometimes. The screen is bright and clear, easy to read even in sunlight, and swiping through the menus feels smooth and responsive. Setting it up with my phone was quick and straightforward — no technical headaches, just paired it and it was ready to go. For day-to-day tracking it covers everything I need — steps, heart rate, sleep, calories, stress monitoring. The sleep tracking in particular is really detailed and I've found myself actually paying attention to it and adjusting my routine. The battery life has also genuinely impressed me. I charge it maybe once a week which is so convenient compared to smartwatches that need charging every day or two. The band is comfortable enough to sleep in and the clasp is secure so I never worry about it coming loose during workouts. It handles sweat well too and I've worn it through some pretty intense sessions with no issues. For the price, this thing punches way above its weight. It's not trying to be a full smartwatch and it doesn't need to be — it does its job brilliantly. The pink colour just makes it even better. Highly recommend, especially if you want something stylish, lightweight and reliable without breaking the bank.
