i have been an artist all my life. But i sometimes need the basics to help me out . I have another book i like ,but when I saw this one it had a good look and a wide variety of refrences and a fresh look to it I had to add it to my refrences. Would recommend it to students for sure.I paint a variety of subjects, science fiction,surreal and historical doing shows for over 50 years. but you learn everyday and this book is great.
