Overall the product seemed great. This set was bought for my daughter as a graduation present. The color is pretty. The sizing is nice and they nest inside one another for compact storing (although it is a very snug fit). However, she just used the smallest suitcase for a trip for the first time and the upper outside zipper broke right off. She didn’t even have anything in that pocket, so she wasn’t forcing it while it was overstuffed or anything like that. She unzipped it to put something inside and it just pulled right off. There is no way to fix it. Extremely disappointing.

I love this luggage set. The value for the money is great. I ordered this for my mom and she absolutely loves it. Everything is conveniently accessible to her, and she loves that she doesn't have to do check in bags. This was designed very nice. The rollability is easy and is very lightweight.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this luggage set with insurance back in November 2023. It didn't even last a year. A few weeks ago the zipper and front seams on larger 28 in bag completely came apart. The thread is unraveling at seams all over the bigger bag. I contacted Asurion (3 year protection) and they informed me that my luggage was still under manufacture warranty and that I needed to contact Larvender. Larvender offered me a replacement for my 28in bag that they claimed had minor scuffs/damage. I declined because why would I accept another damaged bag. They then offered me $74 to replace the 28in bag. I accepted with plans to buy a new larger bag. Well today in the airport the handle comes off on the medium 24in bag. So now I'm left with no luggage. DO NOT PURCHASE. I attempted to contact Larvender and Amazon customer service 1st via chat then phone call. I am getting the run around because they gave me $70 for my 1st bag. I was put on hold and then disconnected. What about the 2nd bag? Now I only have the carry-on. What was the point of purchasing insurance if it's useless? I feel so cheated!

Roomy, durable, great storage capacity, very functional, protection provided if needed.
