My husband has gotten me this for my birthday 2 years in a row, and for good reason. I savor the heck out of this miracle in a bottle. It's so heavenly, almost chocolate like over berries.

Okay, this was an impulse buy. No one actually NEEDS 25yo balsamic. I mean you can just boil down cheap mass produced balsamic, add sugar and it tastes the same right, or does it? Hey, you only go around once, that hearse doesn’t have a trailer hitch for the U-Haul and even if it did, the mausoleum charges by the square foot. Thoroughly enjoy breaking it out for small plates of good cheese, or fruit desserts and it only takes a tiny amount to change the character of the dishes it’s applied to. It’s thick like molasses, intense like imported dark chocolate, and worth every penny. Look, you spent all this time and effort researching this far, and are now looking to complete idiots for their opinion, heck I think Blazing Saddles is a cinematic masterpiece, so what do I know. Just go for it ya big baby…you know you want to.
