Super good for a first boom arm
Smooth, solid and looks good on a deskMovement is genuinely smooth, holds position properly without drooping, and it doesn't look cheap sitting on the desk. Built well enough that adjusting it mid-use isn't a hassle. Pairs well with the AM8 if you're getting both. No complaints.

Sturdy
This low profile boom arm arrived at my house in great quality packaging and after taking only 2 minutes to install the arm in my setup it made my setup look so much better having a low profile look and lots of flexibility in the arm being able to turn a full 360 degrees it also has cable management trays allowing you to hide your cables I would highly recommend this product

Excellent Low-Profile Mic Arm With Great Compatibility
I’ve been using this microphone arm for a while now and overall I’m very impressed with it. The build quality is excellent, with sturdy metal construction that feels durable and well-made. It was easy to install, and once attached to my desk it felt secure and stable. One of the best features is the low-profile design. It sits neatly below my monitor line and keeps my workspace looking clean and professional while still allowing plenty of adjustment. The arm moves smoothly and is easy to position exactly where I want it, whether I’m gaming, streaming, recording podcasts, or on voice calls.Compatibility has been great. It worked perfectly with my setup and had no issues supporting my microphone. I currently use it with an SM7B, which is a fairly heavy microphone. The arm holds it securely and doesn’t struggle with the weight. The only small downside is that when using a heavier microphone like the SM7B, the clamp can put a bit of pressure on the table and make it feel slightly weighed down. This hasn’t caused any actual problems for me, but it’s something worth noting if you have a lighter desk.In terms of sound quality, the arm helps keep the microphone positioned consistently and reduces the need to touch or adjust it during use. The cable management is also a nice touch and helps keep everything tidy. The fit and adjustability are excellent. There is plenty of movement available, and it stays where you put it without constantly drifting or needing to be tightened. It feels reliable and well-engineered.For value for money, I think it’s a fantastic purchase. It offers features and build quality that feel much more premium than the price suggests. It looks good, performs well, and makes any recording setup feel more professional.Overall, this is an excellent microphone arm with great durability, compatibility, fit, and value. Aside from the minor issue of a heavy microphone putting extra weight on the desk, I have no complaints and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality low-profile boom arm. ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆

Honestly shocked at how sturdy this is.
This arm is a massive upgrade for my desk setup, mostly because the sturdiness is way better than I expected for the price. The clamp is super solid and locks onto my desk without sliding around, making the whole mounting process take like two minutes. For versatility, it bends and stays at whatever angle I need without bouncing back. The metal feels heavy and thick, so I’m not worried about the durability at all. Obviously, it doesn't change the actual sound quality of your mic, but it keeps everything silent since there is no creaking or shaking when I move it around.

Flawless low-profile stand that forces you to keep a clean desk.
I have absolutely no issues with this boom arm; it does exactly what it promises. Traditional boom arms that hang from above always ended up blocking my camera shot or cluttering my workspace. This low-profile design sweeps in perfectly underneath my monitors, keeping the microphone right at chin level while leaving my line of sight completely clear. The cable management channels hide the wires perfectly, so the whole setup looks incredibly clean on camera. But the best, unexpected benefit is behavioral: because the arm needs a clear horizontal path to swing across the desk, it actively encourages me to keep my workspace tidy. It feels incredibly sturdy, easily holds my dynamic mic, and turns the desk into an "always-ready" creative space.

Needs maintenance
The mounting holding the microphone always comes loose and can be annoying.Just to be clear its the tightening screw that keeps the mounting from rotating and holds it in place, even when greatly tightened it tends to get looser and looser, so does the rest of the arm and need to be nipped up constantly. Not sure if this is a normal thing for mic stands but my past stand didn't have this issue and I could just forget about messing around with my past stand upon installation. However, it does feel like its made from good quality and not cheaped out, everything feels solid and it looks discreet as I wanted.Easy to install, anyone can do it of course.

Great boom arm Great quality
Really happy with the FIFINE BM88. It feels really solid and well built, and it holds my mic securely without any wobble. The arm is smooth to adjust and looks really clean on my desk. Definitely a great boom arm for the price, especially for a gaming or streaming setup.

Solid low-profile boom arm that saves desk space, but a bit stiff in places
I’ve been using this FIFINE microphone boom arm for a desktop mic setup, and overall it’s a very good space-saving solution for recording and streaming. The low-profile design is the main strength. Instead of sticking up in your face like traditional scissor arms, it sits lower on the desk and extends from underneath the monitor area. This keeps your workspace much clearer and makes it easier to maintain eye line during calls or recordings.Build quality feels solid — mostly metal construction, and the arm holds the microphone securely without sagging once properly tightened. It feels stable enough for regular use with typical streaming or podcast mics. The cable management system is also a nice touch. Being able to route the cable along the arm helps keep the setup tidy, especially if you’re trying to avoid clutter on a small desk.In terms of movement, it’s fairly flexible and adjustable, allowing you to position the mic where you need it. However, some joints can feel a bit stiff at first, and fine adjustments aren’t quite as smooth as higher-end arms.Installation is fairly straightforward with the desk clamp, though you’ll want to make sure your desk thickness is compatible before fitting.Overall, this is a strong budget-to-mid range boom arm that does a good job of keeping your setup clean and functional. It’s especially good if you want a low-profile look, even if it doesn’t feel quite as refined as premium alternatives.

Looks great and works really well
I got the FIFINE BM88W for my setup and I’m really happy with it. The white color looks clean and matches my desk setup really well. I also really like the low-profile design because it doesn’t take up much space or get in the way of my monitor. The arm feels sturdy and moves smoothly when I need to adjust the microphone. Installation was pretty simple and everything feels solid once it’s set up.Overall, it’s a really nice boom arm for the price. It looks good, saves space, and does exactly what I needed.
