These supplements are pretty much tasteless! Especially given what is in them! It has such a simple ingredient list, which is some thing I appreciate, it makes it so much easier and more transparent, to understand exactly what I am putting into my body. The price is a great value for a three month supply. I struggle with inflammation in my hands and feet and have noticed a difference after a couple weeks of taking the supplement. I’m excited to continue to take them and see more of a difference.

The Amazon description contains a picture that says 180 servings and 2 capsules per serving. It also says 180 total capsules. Both cannot be true. In fact, there are 180 capsules, which translates into 90 2-capslue servings. In all fairness, the bottle says 180 capsules and 2 per serving without stating total servings. That would be enough information for most people.Fuzzy math aside, this Zealthy Life formulation of turmeric and ginger looks to be a great product. I have long taken turmeric for its health benefits but ginger only when I was dealing with stomach issues. But ginger is a good idea for daily consumption. There's also the claim that these ingredients work synergistically. l investigated. There is evidence that these team up well. So there you go.I read 'made in the USA,' 'lab-tested for purity and potency,' and 'GMP certified.' All good.If this bottle represented a 6-month supply, it would be a steal. As it is, the price for a 3-month supply of this solid product is still good.

I am a long distance runner and working through joint and muscle aches due to long runs and aging. I've tried incorporating tumeric powder in to my diet to help with joint and muscle inflammation. However, I do not like the smell or the taste. I also do not like the yellow stain it can leave on your skin, plastic dishes, etc....... I am trying tumeric in a capsule format instead.This particular brand has 1200 mg of tumeric in addition to ginger and black pepper extract. This appears to be a high amount of tumeric in comparison to other versions I researched.The capsule is easy to swallow. It does not leave an after taste and does not upset my stomach. It also does not have any staining properties on my fingers when I touch the capsule. I have not yet noticed any improvements in my joints and muscles, but have not been taking for long. There is no indication in the online descreiption of how long it may take before noticing results/changes.Based on the price it is worth trying to see if it improves my joint and muscle aches.......

I have been using turmeric for years to control back pain/tension. This formula contains the needed black pepper to boost absorption of the turmeric. Ginger also has similar benefits.I weighed the capsules to be 820mg each (2 per serving). When opening the bottle there is a faint turmeric/pepper smell as typical. The capsules were dark orange in color and were easy to swallow.The bottle is marked "Made in the USA". It also has a UL certified marking. I was about to joke about not having to be concerned if I plug turmeric into an outlet, but did find that UL is testing/certifying laboratories and manufacturing processes. The Best By date on the bottom of the bottle is 11/2026 which is 21 months after receiving the product.These will come in handy during travel to provide me the turmeric.

I love the beneficial properties of turmeric and ginger and try, as best I can, to incorporate them into our diet. However, sometimes/oftentimes, life happens! It is difficult to always hit the mark in mixing in all of the beneficial components through diet, even with our best efforts. I look for easy to incorporate alternatives that do not add unnecessary/unwanted junk along with them. I was so happy to find this supplement that checks two boxes, both ginger and turmeric. I love that it is non-GMO and third party tested, which are a must for me. Serving size is 2 capsules, which equates to 90 servings per bottle. The information shows 180 servings, however, it is actually 180 capsules, not servings. I am still very pleased with this product. No issue with swallowing the capsules and no bad aftertaste.

And, I know what you're thinking. Why would my headline be smells potent? Well, for me with ingredients that are this familiar if I can't smell them then I don't care what the label says because I won't believe it. Because I can smell them I believe the label is accurate and my experience is that this is definitely quality turmeric and ginger. I've noticed my stomach is calmer and I've had less inflammation since taking these daily for a few days. I'm going to take these for another week and then I'm going to alternate to my old brand to see if I feel the difference. This way I'll know which one is more potent and works more effectively for me and I will update if there's anything to tell.

I take these to support my immune system and hopefully lower inflammation. The capsules are bright orange which concerned me a little because in all the years of taking turmeric or curcumin supplements, I've not seen any quite so vibrant, and I worried a little about there being dye in the powder. But I have seen raw turmeric that was about the same shade, so perhaps it is legitimate and quality. I haven't taken them long enough to notice the impact on the body, but will update this review in the event I experience negative or positive effects. The bottle was sealed and has a child-resistant cap. No smell coming from the bottle and no taste when taking them either. This is a 90-day supply if you follow the dosing directions. At just under $25 for a 3-month supply, that makes for a decent value and should give you, the consumer, time to figure out if it helps with your brand of health issues.
