I purchased this wedge pillow set because I wanted better support while reading in bed and to make sleeping a little more comfortable. When the package arrived, I let the foam expand for the recommended amount of time before using it. It reached its shape nicely, and I was impressed by how versatile the different pieces were. The first night, I arranged the pillows to support my back while watching a movie, and it was much more comfortable than stacking regular pillows that constantly slide around. Later, I adjusted the wedges to elevate my legs for a while, and it was nice having the flexibility to change positions depending on what felt most comfortable. The foam provides a good balance between firmness and comfort. It supports my body without feeling overly stiff, and it keeps its shape well throughout the night. I also appreciate that the pieces stay in place instead of shifting every time I move, which makes the whole setup feel much more stable than using standard bed pillows. The removable covers were another feature I liked because it's easy to keep everything clean. Even though the set includes several pieces, they store neatly on the bed or in a closet when I'm not using all of them. It's become useful not only for sleeping but also for reading, using my laptop, or simply relaxing before bed. Overall, I've been very happy with this pillow set. I can't speak to specific medical outcomes, but from a comfort standpoint it has made resting in bed much more enjoyable. The adjustable design makes it easy to find a position that feels right, the foam feels durable, and the overall quality has met my expectations. It's a practical addition for anyone looking for extra support and flexibility while resting or sleeping.

I had back surgery and this pullow set has been a god sent for me. Stays in place and is really comfortable to use. Love that it has the leg pillow. This bed pillow has so many positions you can put it in. The pillows it's self are memory foam and you can even sleep sitting comfortable up. The pillows keep there shape abd made really well. Has helped with my recovery and pain relief. If you have any back issues this is a must have

I got these to help me sleep after a ladder injury that resulted in multiple fractures which left me with no comfortable position to sleep in. This product allowed me to sleep. To top it off, it was delivered the very next day after ordering! If one is still somewhat mobile and able to manage getting in and out of bed, this provides quite a bit of comfort while lying down. With this, I am able to sleep in a reclining position. It provides the capability to adjust the sleeping angle from almost fully reclined to almost fully sitting upright. I am 6' 1" tall with longer torso than average. However, it fits me pretty well as the pillow is attached by Velcro onto the back rest and can be adjusted up or down as needed. The clever design gives even support from lower back to upper back by making the backrest in two separate pieces, one triangular piece which is stationary (to be placed under another) and a second piece which can be rotated up or down to set the sleeping angle. Towards the bottom of this rotating cushion, the cushion thins out so that nothing pokes you in the lower back. This was a huge improvement over a bunch of pillows and cushions that I tried to arrange to be able to sleep in a reclining position. A recliner chair or a reclining chair will result in a superior experience but, this gets you partway there. The hope is that this will tie me over (for a few weeks) until I recover some mobility. Also included is a second triangular cushion which can be placed under your knees which, adds to the comfort.

The cover feels soft and breathable, and I really like that it’s removable and washable, which is super important for keeping it clean. The foam also seems durable and holds its shape well even with daily use. That said, it can feel a bit firm at first and took me about one to two nights to get used to. It also takes up some space on the bed and may slide slightly depending on your mattress or sheets. Overall, if you’re dealing with acid reflux, back pain, snoring, or just want better posture while resting, this wedge pillow is definitely worth trying. It’s not a miracle product, but it does exactly what it’s supposed to do and noticeably improves comfort.

This was a lifesaver after my neck fusion surgery. Very comfortable, had to sleep upright for 8 weeks, it held its shape. Best purchase i made for my surgery.

While the idea behind this setup is heroic, after using it for a couple of weeks, a new conclusion comes to mind. The materials within the device are cushy and comfy to the touch, promising the wonderful night’s sleep you’re seeking. No snoring. No restless legs. No tossing and turning. The issues seem to be of a different cause. First, miniscule enough, despite which color is ordered, the surface of all of these is white—creating stains of sweat that may be difficult to remove without taxing the fibers with the use of bleach in removing them from the unzippered surface. Personally, I use a flannel sheet wrapped about the unit for added comfort and stain-prevention. I’ve considered creating my own zipper-enclosed, oversized, pillowcase, but haven’t the time. It is a good idea for the producers to consider. Then, they could make all the units of a singular color and additionally sell multiple colored covers for an additional profit. People would buy them, and the covers wouldn’t require washing as often. The velcro on the sides of the larger support doesn’t follow the length, so the tiny tabs of the smaller C-shaped support won’t reach the area needed for some heights. There is a slight odor, but anything compressed for shipping should be aired of chemicals for one to two days before using. Additionally, applying something that removes odors, such as Lysol, while the wedge is decompressing is also a good idea. Lightweight, so if arranging in a sleepy stupor, the cushions can be manipulated without much effort. The little side pockets? I suppose they’re great for television remotes or cell phones, but mine are stationed on a nearby table to prevent accidentally rolling over them in the nighttime. Throughout the night, the body tends to move in a downward motion due to the gravitational pull—this is where I have noticed the largest problem for me. As a former dancer, who was involved in a car accident, my posture is important to me—especially as I age. Each morning, I awaken about four inches lower with a curve to my spine. Yesterday, I observed that my natural posture continues to wane. Understanding that this is likely to due to age—to some extent—it’s unusual that it’s occurring such a short time after beginning use of this system. Furthermore, the materials are quite pliable, meaning they form to your body, but they aren’t strong enough to hold the form without sagging in just a few months. Slight elevation does, indeed, assist with the circulatory system and prevent obnoxious snoring. However, the pain relief will simply subside from one area and create chronic pain in another over time. Additionally, I’ve not been able to yet determine the cause of excruciating headaches. It could be caused by the new spine curvature while I sleep. As stated initially, the idea behind this revolutionary device is admirable, and much needed; however, if the manufacturers want to be ahead of the game, they should consider all the points disclosed in this review. The cost is comparable to other companies, unless the short usefulness the device makes the cost questionable if planning on using for anything more than post surgery.

I purchased this item to give my lower back some additional support while reading or watching TV in bed. I find it well constructed, supportive and comfortable. I especially like the ability to adjust my position on the pillow and the convenience of placing the lumbar support where I need it the most. I wish it would have included an additional half-moon pillow (or the option to purchase one separately). It would be great to get extra support for the neck and lower back at the same time. Overall, a good product.

Get these pillows if you are having any sort of operation!!! I got these very last-minute the day before my surgery and boy was am I super thankful they help support your back. Keep my legs elevated. The foam has not gotten down or changed shape! Worth every penny! These pillows also allow me to comfortably sleep on my back.
